This is a great pet feeder, so easy to use. The app works well and the camera it’s a great addition, I can watch them when I am not home. It holds a good amount of food, I don’t have to worry everyday to feed them. Overall a great buy and it looks great.

Lots of effort to just get it connected
The app didn’t connect to Wi-Fi at first and I had to do a lot of work on my end to get it working. It’s finally working and connected. The user manual doesn’t have much helpful info in it so don’t rely on that for anything. The camera part is cool though. Hopefully it lasts.

Smart and easy to use
This is a great auto feeder. Very easy to set up via app. You can set up multiple auto feeding time and the amount of feed from the app. The built-in 1080p HD camera with night vision and a wide 145° lens gives you a clear, real-time view of your pet’s meal and the two-way audio lets you call them over with a custom message. The lid has a lock that prevents any spilling.

I was impressed with this automatic feeder! It has many great features and the app is pretty easy to use. I really like that the bowl is stainless steel and not plastic, which is more sanitary. The large capacity holds a lot of food, so you could go an extended period of time without refilling it. Under the lid & inside of the main food compartment, there is a basket built in to hold a (provided) desiccant pouch. This will help to control the moisture levels where the food is stored, and minimize food spoilage. The app allows you to speak to your pet when you’re away from home (as long as you can connect to WiFi), and you can take snapshots of your pet as well. The night vision worked very well and I was able to see everything even when the room was dark. There are motion detecting features that will alert you during specific periods of the day when any movement is detected.I gave 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 because I have a couple of minor complaints. 1) The cord is very nice quality & fabric coated, but it didn’t include a USC-A brick for the outlet. 2) The cord wasn’t long enough to reach any of my outlets. It was USB-A on one end and the other end was a long round plug (like a speaker jack), so I couldn’t use a different cord either. I ended up using an extension cord. 3) The faceplate cover where the light is located has fallen off a couple of times. When it falls off, it ends up in the center of the food bowl. I stuck it back on and I used a little extra pressure/force, so hopefully it stays put. 4) The QR code didn’t work when I was trying to find & download the app, I had to search for it by name. The app reviews weren’t great, but I haven’t experienced any real problems. 5) The app notified me that a feeding was performed successfully, but I cannot get the little red notification badge to clear. I have gone into every message, alert, or notification tab in the app without success. Some people might not mind, but that little red badge drives me nuts.Overall I think this is an excellent pet feeder and I highly recommend it!! I think it’s great quality and the price is more than fair considering all of the features!! My complaints were very minor and workable. I recommend this feeder for anyone that can’t be home all day or if you need to go out of town but still care for your pet.

Be Prepared To Buy Lots of Batteries
Works well, but app is not the same as photos, and it doesn’t use wall power. I have batteries plugged in with the feeder plugged into the wall outlet, yet the battery level continues to drop. If it is going to use the batteries whether its plugged in or not, the plug adapter doesn’t actually serve a purpose. Also not able to contact anyone regarding the issue.
