Finally… I Don’t Panic When He Runs Off
I was honestly nervous about losing my dog one day, especially since he’s always running around outside. This tracker has been such a relief. The GPS is way more accurate than I expected, and setting it up didn’t stress me out (which says a lot). I also love that it tracks his health and alerts me if he leaves a certain area. And yes — it’s actually waterproof, which matters when your dog thinks every puddle is a playground. If your pet’s a wanderer like mine, this thing is worth it.The battery life lasted throughout a camping weekend. Lots cheaper than the alternative. I didn’t have any problems with lag time. The strength of the signal stays strong on my daily walks. I was so happy it wasn’t heavy on my dog!

Piece of Junk
If I could give 0 stars I would. What a piece of junk and now I’m stuck with it because you have to pay a year up front. It can’t find my dog for hours at a time. Now the app won’t even open up. Don’t waste your money on this.

This is such a great item to have for your fur baby. It’s lightweight, easy to charge and attached smoothly to the collar. The app is so easy to use and being able to track my puppy is so comforting just in case. The accuracy & visibility is on point. 👌🏼

Took a little to figure it out. Has what is called An invisible fence that doesn’t work very will in homes that are close together.But it does track dog good. Haven’t had to use in a real scenario. But walking my dog and it works well.

Worth every penny to ensure my boys safety!
I love this device! Not only do I feel more comfortable knowing that if my boy accidentally got loose, I’ll be able to find him quickly- but I also love that this device records his activity, sleep, calories, etc. the fact that there is a vet available to answer questions if my baby isn’t feeling well in app is a huge plus too! Setting up the device was easy and the subscription prices are fair. Overall- I highly recommend!

Worked great for one month. Just till the Amazon return window. Stopped functioning, would no longer connect. Support suggested all thing I had already done then asked me to return through Amazon. Can’t cause it’s past the window. They offered me a new device. But now they can’t ship to Canada. Asked me to buy a new device and they would send me a refund for it. No thanks, I do not trust them at all. Asked for a prorated refund for the 1 yr subscription and that was a bust too. DO NOT PURCHASE this one. Keep looking.
