In a pinch, cats eat it too!
I have two elderly hounds who are missing some teeth from aging. This might not be the best quality ingredients, but they love it. So I put it in a rotation for them with higher end canned food and it saves me some money on a fixed income. They love the Chicken and Rice variety pack, Chicken and Beef and the other beef variety pack.I also have 6 cats and they’ve enjoyed eating it also on a rotation with higher priced cat food. The Chicken and Rice variety pack is a hit. Even some of the stray cats and colony cats enjoy it also. It’s a very soft pate you’ll need a spoon to scoop out the food from the can. They have pop off lids. This food is easy on their stomach, both dogs and cats. No upchuck or loose poop, they tolerate and do well with it.The price point is fantastic. I buy on Subscribe and Save. The price is 12 dollars and some change. Otherwise it’s only slightly over 15 dollars with the sales tax.Decent food and easy on the wallet . It’s a win!

PUPPY LOVED AND APPROVES THIS STUFF
My little guy (I call him “Lucky”) was dumped out onto the street near a group of Homeless people in the dark of night, then sped off. The Homeless ones cared for him that night. The next day our group stopped by to give the Homeless bags of good clean clothing and bags of food. They said they could not keep him. This little guy was shivering and so cold even though he was tucked inside the young man’s jacket. They said they could not keep him. After thinking about this for a few minutes I blurted out “I’ll take him!” Later that night my daughter and I took him to the Vets office to have him checked out health-wise. He received a good report and a shot for all kinds of dog ills, especially Parvo.He is eating me out of house and home and drives the feral cats absolutely nuts!! But animals know when they have been rescued. He has a sweet personality but very sharp little teeth!! And I have the bloodied scars to prove it! He is doing well and is very frisky, like all puppies are. Thanks to amazon, for such a wonderful price. I cannot afford the expensive stuff. This really is affordable and the puppy loves it. And there seems to be no ill-health effects from it.He seems to really like this Puppy food and the cats take a nibble once in awhile also! I am sorry for the person who reported their animal became ill with this food. I sincerely hope they are better now.

Quality and Value
The food is great. Dogs love it. The value is perfect. The issue is the tab on the cans I ordered two cases and now the new two cases six of the tabs broke off and having arthritis in my hands as bad as I do trying to get that can open is impossible. The rim doesn’t fit the can opener so I have to wait for my son to come by and punch down the lid. For me. It’s okay if you’re young and strong, but if you’re older with arthritis is you lose about six cans and two cases because it cannot get the can open without the tab. They break off very easy and don’t open properly but the food itself and the value are great

Surprising Quality at a Budget-Friendly Price: A Hit with Both Our Dogs
If you’d told me a few months ago that I’d be genuinely impressed by Amazon Basics Chopped Ground Dinner Wet Dog Food, I would’ve chuckled and politely disagreed. While Amazon Basics offers plenty of solid products, they’ve had their share of misses. This dog food, however, is a clear win.We have two very different dogs—a 3-year-old Staffordshire/Lab mix and a 6-month-old Cane Corso—and both of them absolutely love the Filet Mignon and Beef flavors in this variety pack. Mealtime has become a tail-wagging frenzy, and they consistently clean their bowls without hesitation.From a quality standpoint, this food holds its own against pricier, breed-specific brands. The texture is consistent, and the aroma is surprisingly pleasant—not the usual off-putting smell you get from many canned dog foods. It’s made with natural ingredients, which gives us peace of mind about what we’re feeding our pups.The can size is perfect for our routine. We split one can between the two dogs and mix it with their dry kibble for dinner. It blends well, adds moisture and flavor, and they scarf it down like it’s a gourmet treat.Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to other dog owners. It’s affordable, well-made, and clearly delicious—at least according to our dogs. Amazon Basics nailed it with this one.

Good food
I had surgery & couldn’t go out to get anything. I was not so sure about this food since my little dog is a very picky eater. She loves it & it seems to be good quality. It is also cheaper than the store so that helps too. I recommend it. I wasn’t sure where this is made but Rufus assures me it is US made so that made me feel better. No Chinese food for my dog! The only problem I have is that sometimes it can take a month to be delivered. Who knows why.

You never know
This was great for the price . But I will say that my dog did get tired of it after awhile and actually stopped eating it . I probably should’ve bought more flavors to mix them up for her . Idk she’s not really a picky eater as she’s ate other brands and not had any issues but she grew tired of these two after while .

My dogs seem to love it. No stomach upset or stank poots. Good size cans food looks kinda gross but oh well the dogs love it lol

Great value and quality
My dog really loved the food. It’s a great value for the price and did not seem like it had a lot of extra additives. The label was easy to understand.
