Great machine
This machine works great. Super easy to set up, easy to clean, size is perfect. Does spill a couple pieces of food, but I use small round ball shaped food for my cats, so it’s no biggy.

High quality multi-cat feeder
This works perfectly for my 4 indoor cats! It’s easy to fill, easy to set up feeding times and amounts, and can be controlled and monitored through the app on my phone. Highly recommend, especially if you travel often.

Decent pet feeder, and easy to set up
This is my 2nd automatic feeder to try and I like it, the cats like it, it’s working “well enough” (still testing all that out), so we’re keeping it. The other one I sent back due to configuring issues but the configuring on this one works through the app on my phone so it is a little more dependable.It’s very easy to put together and load the food, then close and lock the top. The app is a little more ‘work’ to get it configured to feed, but very intuitive so it only took a few minutes to get it all up and running. Since my cats were always fed separately because one of them is a thief, I had to move them closer together with their food bowls, switching from their former containers to the bowls that came with the feeder. Once they got the hang of that, I would feed them manually for a couple of days so eating at the feeder wouldn’t traumatize them. Hey, they’re cats.The only issue I’ve run into is that it’s missed about 3 feedings in the 2 weeks I’ve had it programmed. On those occasions, when it’s time to feed the feeder makes a sound but no food comes out so I have to either hit the manual button on the feeder or within the app and it’ll release the food.Since that happened early on but hasn’t since, I’m guessing it just had to settle into a regular function of releasing the food every time and/or it requires that there is more than enough food in the container to weigh down the food so that it is released.If it continues to work each and every time it’s scheduled to release the food, I’ll update my review with another star.Otherwise, the portions are perfect for my cats, the food capacity of the container is excellent and can feed them quite a long time without reloading, and everyone seems pretty happy with the feeder now.

Amazing, Easy, Works Perfect – just scan QR code BEFORE filling with food
I’m not always a fan of downloading an app to set up a new device, but am glad I did. I dont write a lot of reviews either, but I am grateful for this product’s ease of use, would bowls, and large food capacity. The feeding app is free, not another subscription.My only tiny difficulty was that I didn’t have the large batteries for backup power on hand, and I wish the QR sticker for the feeding app had a white background instead of clear because I filled the feeder prior to this step and then couldnt get it to scan. (My bad.) I was able to peel it off and stick it on top and then all has been well for the past couple months of use!I have the feeder set up for some outdoor kitties and it has worked perfectly. The app is very user friendly, and I appreciate being able to feed them manually or EASILY adjust the feeding schedule when I am not home. I have the feeder tucked away behind my duck pen where it has been a difficult spot for house sitters to feed the shy outdoor cats, and now they don’t have to do it.I like being able to pick a feeding size number and time on my phone instead of having to click through a bunch of buttons on the feeder like I did with a previous inside feeder. The 7L capacity is great.I got another one for my inside rescues for when I’m gone as well, but recommend actually using the wall mount for your playful cats since they immediately dumped it over when I did not.The structure of this product is sound and easy to clip together. The lid is easy to open and is secure where the animals wont remove it to binge eat.I really have no complaints other than my own impatience of making the QR code difficult for myself by pre filling with food.I don’t know how long it lasts on batteries only since I used an extension cord as well as the battery back up.

An Impressive Product
Simply the very best feeder out there. I had to get two of them. The cameras and recording feature are a life saver, considering I don’t typically keep camera footage inside of the home.Being able to monitor my cats and portion their food has not only saved money in food but has also helped gain more control of their overall diet. My cats were slowly gaining weight to unhealthy levels and are finally trimming down.The app is nice, works as expected. If I was being picky I’d want the cameras to somehow connect to my NVR. That’s being far too picky.Overall, I’d say this product exceeds expectations for its price point. The stainless steel bowls are a huge deal for me, because it helps prevent bacteria & is easy to clean.Thank you.

Actually fantastic
This automatic feeder is great. Super easy to set up and has several features that keep your feeding schedule from failing. The feeding schedule is super customizable and sends a notification every time it runs, which helps with peace of mind if you’re away from home. It does have a super annoying beep when it runs and whenever the wifi goes down, but if you can tune a sound out after a while it’s not a big deal.

Tough if you cannot connect to WiFi
Overall, this feeder did the job- for the most part. But, I was disappointed to find that you cannot control the amount of food that is distributed. I found it to be too much food. Also, about two months after first use we had to switch our internet provider, thus utilizing a new WiFi name. The feeder was incapacitated because it was unable to connect to the new Wi-Fi. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but it just couldn’t connect. We ended up buying another machine that didn’t need Wi-Fi access. Lesson learned.UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out to me and offered a full refund. I appreciate the great customer service and have updated my overall star rating.

I ordered this car feeder as we have two cats and a cottage. When we are at the cottage in the past we have had to ask somebody to go over twice a day and feed the cats.Thats a lot to ask.This unit has solved that issue and exceeded our expectations.We love the fact that the cats are being the same amount at the same time every day and we arent putting anybody out to do it.It came quickly and was very simple to assemble and get it programmed and up and running.The two camera system is amazing and the video is very clear.I would definitely recommend this feeder.
