Gamechanger of a feeder, but with a few flaws
I got this third feeder to bring balance to my cats eating habits. I have three cats and a double automatic feeder but the two younger ones don’t like to share. My senior cat is still alpha when she needs to be but doesn’t fight over food and I’ve been a little worried about her getting left out of their afternoon snack. I feed my cats a wet and dry food diet as pure dry food is a recipe for kidney failure—they get wet food in the morning, dry food in the evening and a dry food snack in the afternoon while I’m at work.There is a lot to like about the functions of feeder: it has an app to help regulate feeding times and frequency and a neat voice recorder function to play a greeting. The unit is supposed to be plugged-in but it has a battery backup to be able to keep time and dispense even if the power is out. It holds 29 cups of food and has a stainless steel feeding dish that can be removed for easy cleaning.I got this feeder in the hopes that with three feeders at once, they will all be able to eat together. Unfortunately, the other cat feeder is about 30 seconds off, meaning if the other cats are gobbling their food, they hear the third one go off and stop eating to run for this one. So further calibration is needed.There are two drawbacks about this feeder. When the other feeder ran out of food, the cats converged on this one and were appalled when it only dispensed one snack. One of them decided to try to open it and ended up tipping it over. Only happened once but a future design might go for a wider base to make it more stable. So if your cat gets into things, be aware you may have to secure this to keep it from getting topped. The top is flimsy and will pop open if it tips. The second suggestion would be a sensor that warns you when it’s time to refill.Good value, I’d purchase a triple feeder version if it were available!

Once you know how to use it, it easy and great. Just fill it with food and set how much and at what time you want food to disperse. Helps keep my dog on a specific schedule.

Honestly, for the price I’m satisfied.
I just wanted a simple feeder that used wifi, so it would keep the proper time. My old one used an internal clock and the time would be early a few seconds per week. So with multiple dog feeders in the house, this one would end up dispensing first by a minute or so too early. Thus confusing the other dogs why their food isn’t coming out. Now that all the feeders are on wifi to confirm the time, they all dispense together. Didn’t care about having a camera, which I never use on our other one. The app is simple to use and also lets you easily create feeding schedule.

Best purchase for my lazy cat!
My cat used to wake me up at 5 AM every day begging for food. Not anymore! This feeder has been a lifesaver. I set it to dispense breakfast at the same time every morning, and now she just sits there waiting instead of screaming in my face. 😂The voice recording is hilarious—I recorded myself saying ‘BREAKFAST TIME!’ and now she perks up when she hears it. The app works fine, though I mostly just use the schedule feature. The manual button is handy for when I want to give her an extra snack (yes, she’s spoiled).Only complaint? She’s started ignoring me because the feeder is her new best friend. Worth it.

This model is great for maintenance. The entire dispensing mechanism disconnects from the base allowing you to thoroughly clean old food gunk buildup. This was important to me because I noticed that my old machine would gunk up and there would be a thick layer of oil or food residue that I simply could not clean off of the dispensing mechanism as it was a one housed unit.It also looks aesthetically pleasing and works flawlessly without any issues so far.

tout fonctionne très bien! très facile à utiliser et programmer. le seul point que je peux emmener pour le futur serait de faire une petite fenêtre sur le côté pour voir la quantité de manger qu’il reste dans la machine, comme ça, il faudrait plus enlever le couvercle pour voir dedans…. pour le reste tout est #1

Like that it works with 5G. Large capacity. It’s stable when full, does have non slip pads, but would be better with strong suction cups to prevent tipping. Had a stainless insert for food that is easy to clean. Cord is just a braided usb cable, not chew proof, and it has battery backup. App was easy to connect to and is easy and intuitive to use. I do not use the voice feature.
