Perfect for Busy Pet Owners
The feeder works great and the app makes life so much easier. I can set feeding schedules, adjust portions, and check food levels from anywhere. The size of the food container and the water tank is decently large. Easy too clean as well. The water fountain is quiet and keeps water fresh. My cats love both!

Great depending on usage need
Food capacity is great for having one cat. Pretty light weight. Haven’t had to test the battery life on it. Love that there is an app function for the food, wished there was a way to monitor water intake. Solid for a first time cat owner who works a steady 9-5 and is home regularly and wants to make owning a cat easier! For those always on the go and wants to actually monitor intake, I’d maybe suggest something else. I like it’s functionality for now, but since I am always on the go or have mandated work, I’ll personally be moving to something that helps me monitor intake soon.

Flawless feeder for smaller pets – you’ll quickly wonder how you survived without it
We bought this feeder so we could leave our cat for a few days without the pet sitter having to visit 2x a day. Worked great for that, and I could check remotely to confirm he was getting all his meals. But it’s had a huge added benefit so we now use it full time, not just when we travel. Before this feeder, our overweight cat was constantly tricking different family members into thinking he hadn’t been fed (he’s very convincing!) and getting double or triple meals, so even with diet food he wasn’t losing weight. Now, we’ve programmed his meal sizes and times so he can’t fool us anymore, and he’s finally starting to lose weight. It’s hilarious to see him meowing at the bowl shortly before mealtimes — he knows when it’s coming. The app was easy to install and once I figured it out, easy to manage. The only thing you need to worry about is making sure the tank doesn’t go empty, as it’s easy to forget to check since for a cat it may only need to be refilled every few weeks. The water dish was an afterthought for me, but I really like it. So long as it’s full, it’s nearly silent, which is a big improvement over our last cat fountain.Note this feeder doesn’t hold enough to feed a medium or bigger dog for long. Our XL dog could probably eat the entire tank contents in a day.

WiFi ughhhh
Everything was great about this product except the Wifi set up. I was under the impression that if the main component was in WiFi i could feed my dog from anywhere but it only feed her if I was home under the same WiFi.
