Absolutely Love This Cat Feeder!
I am so impressed with this automatic cat feeder! The camera quality is excellent — the 2MP night vision is super clear, and I can easily check on my cat anytime, even in the dark. The two-way audio is a great bonus. I can talk to my cat when I’m not home, and she actually runs to the feeder when she hears my voice!The programmable feeding schedule is very easy to set up, and it dispenses the perfect portion every time. I love that it has a dual power supply, so I never worry about it stopping if the power goes out. The 4L capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly.The design is sleek, the app works smoothly, and the camera gives me peace of mind when I’m away. Worked great for 2 weeks
I wanted to love this, I tried to love this, but I’m on my 3rd one, and it still won’t work.The set up was SO easy, the app is great, and it worked beautifully for the first 2 weeks. Then, nothing would come out. I tried different foods, same. So, I got a replacement and the exact same thing happened. Seems as if the motor isn’t strong enough to keep pushing out the food. It is a fairly cheap plastic material inside and it just didn’t live up to my standard of my other pet feeder.

Feeder Functions Well, but Tuya App and Portion Control Are Drawbacks
I was able to set up the feeder without much difficulty, though the packaging was very compact and required some effort to figure out how everything fit together.The part I was less comfortable with was the required Tuya app. I wasn’t familiar with it, and after looking into it further, I found several public concerns about data privacy and security, including the possibility of data being transmitted to China. The app also requires creating a premium account and submitting additional personal information, which I wasn’t thrilled about.Once set up, the feeder itself worked as described. Scheduling feedings was straightforward, and the camera quality was excellent. The internal feeding mill is made of plastic, which is likely fine for small cat kibble, but may struggle with larger pieces. I also found it difficult to understand or control how much food actually dispenses. The app only lets you select a number of “portions” rather than adjusting the duration or speed of the mill, making it impossible to control the food unless your pet’s portion requirements are the same as the mill dispenses.Overall, the hardware performs well, but the app requirements, privacy concerns, and limited portion-control options are notable drawbacks. Unfortunately, I’m not willing to use the app, so the feeder will not be put into use at my home.

Amazing for my cat !
Easy to install and my cat loves it!We are having a short trip and we were afraid that our cat would run out of food as we don’t have anyone to watch him while we are gone. This thing works perfect and we can kind regulate how often and if our cats eat while we are away . The app also helps a lot and it’s very clear. My husband and I are extremely happy with it

Good Features, App Is Clunky
The camera and two-way audio work well, and the feeder dispenses consistently. The downside is the app — slow, occasionally freezes, and setup took longer than expected. Works fine once running but could be smoother.

confusing app, but seems fine as a feeder
UPDATE: only a couple hours after setup and the camera function is completely useless. it does not show any type of live feed, it just shows a screenshot from like 6 days ago. tried deleting and reinstalling the app, reset it, nothing works :/instructions aren’t very thorough as i would have liked, especially regarding the in-app features. the app itself is also no help because it just states “this MiniApp is provided by a third party.” in fact, the manual doesn’t even tell you what app to download—you HAVE to scan the QR code to get the app, which i don’t love for security purposes. it is tuya, for the record. the settings are vaguely listed as like how they were coded, so i have no idea what the “red light” setting is, and the light switch option doesn’t toggle on. the video only shows if i click on it to expand to fullscreen and isn’t super HD; however, it’s primarily a feeder, not a pet camera, so i understand that. can’t really figure out the two-way voice… i switched the pw_talk_way to two, but now it says “call” instead of having a microphone and starts ringing, which obviously my cats cannot pick up. really i think it just needs more clear instructions and explanations of the app’s features. oh, you also have to replace the desiccant monthly, which is a bit annoying because now i have to find the correct size of pouch to fit in there. last note is that the tape they used was horribly sticky and i couldn’t even get the residue off with goo-gone
