Excellent customer service, good feeder
This is my second feeder. The first one had problems. The company diagnosed the issue and sent a new feeder right away. It works as advertised and easy to set up. I feel confident my kitties will be feed on time while I’m away. I like the camera and the ability to add food in between their normal schedule. It helps to have the alerts for low food, blocked feeder, and movement detected. Good feeder, and would buy again.

Great Investment
Love this feeder. Ordered another, more expensive brand and the camera stopped working within couple of weeks. It didn’t even serve its intended purpose, to peep in on our Sunshine while we were away a couple of days.This one however worked perfectly. Switches to night vision when needed. He can hear us clearly and it feeds on schedule. It was easy to set up too! We did have to cover the little window in front because he was trying to get to the food and would move it from its spot because he kept swiping at it. 🤪 We often find this Greedy boy hanging out by the feeder when it’s close to feeding time.Good investment! I find myself watching this guy all day. 😍

Works as advertised
Initially, I was disappointed because the feeder did not take pictures of my cat eating. I was only able to see if there were food in the bowl. After contacting the company, it took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix the app. After updating their app as instructed, I was able to see pictures of my cat eating at the feeder. I just wish the update was available before I had to leave on my vacation. Regardless, I appreciate the responses from the company and that they fixed the issue. Everything else works well. It is really helpful to be able to see if our cat needs more food and be able to add more food remotely. Overall, a very good feeder that can be programmed remotely and you can see your cat at the feeder.

Love This Feeder!
Great automatic feeder! Before purchasing, I compared several options and ultimately chose this one mainly because of the camera. The device has met all my expectations. It was very easy to set up, has had no connectivity issues, and allows you to schedule feedings, record your voice, and adjust the portion size for each meal. The camera quality is excellent, and the night-vision and motion-detection features work perfectly. So far, my cat loves it—and so do I!

It is better than 5 stars….can’t say enough good things about this feeder and the quality of the camera & video feed. While I’m out-of-state, my cat is being fed on time, with the portions I set up. You can set up multiple feedings, and different portions for each feeding. You can watch live action at the click of a button on the phone app. And you can set up motion detection to take a photo each time motion in triggered in front of the lens. The motion detection is not perfect (sometimes overly or under sensitive to motion), but it’s good enough to earn 5 stars. Picture quality is excellent. Possums cant’ break into it, although they tried.

Must-Have Automatic Feeder – A Lifesaver for Cat Owners!
This automatic cat feeder has been a total game-changer! I’m often away from home, and used to worry about my cat’s feeding schedule — but not anymore. The feeder is easy to set up and lets me schedule meals with precise portions. My cat now eats on a consistent routine, which has improved her overall mood and health. The motor is super quiet, and my cat quickly got used to it. The transparent food container also makes it easy to monitor food levels, and cleaning is a breeze.

We purchased the WiFi enabled unit for our small dog. For some reason, I thought I could connect to the app and the unit using bluetooth. But no matter what, you have to connect the unit to your WiFi network and enter your password to the internet. For this model, you can’t program it without the app and connecting it to your WiFi network is required. Knowing this, I think I would have preferred to not be connected. All of these units are referred to as “internet of things”, your fridge, washer, dryer, printer are grouped into this category. Many security breaches hack onto networks through units like printers, feeders, etc. that are connected to the internet. For this reason, I don’t think I’ll keep this product. Regarding performance, It does work great. It dispenses very well and I like the portion size control. My dog is afraid of the metal bowl & the noise the food makes when dispensing. If your pet is skittish over noises, this may be an issue. Regarding the camera, I get notifications all the time. It is facing a wall to prevent false notifications, but even if I walk in the room, the shadow sets it off. When I go onto the app, the notification didn’t even capture the pet in front of the unit. It is either too fast or too slow in the picture capture. If you don’t mind giving up your internet password to this company, this unit works great.

We had to go away and our regular cat sitter was not available. We ordered this and it arrived before we left. Took a bit to figure out the logistics for setting the times and frequency of the feedings. It’s not clear in the manual that you have to cycle thru the clock settings FIRST!! Once I figured that out it was easy! Portions took a bit to figure out too. Was over serving as you can see by the first picture. Subtracted a portion from each feeding and perfect! In fact you can see kitty’s head in the picture lol. The noise of it dispensing doesn’t bother him at all. Now kitty gets his food 3/day at the same time regardless if someone is home or not. It holds a lot of food and the lid locks well. There is a place to put a silica packet in the lid to help keep the food dry. He hasn’t tried to get into it. Cat is happy, we are happy! Really glad we bought it.

It is easy to program, aesthetically not hideous, and good value. You will really appreciate what it does. However, give it a trial run before leaving your cat with it and going on a holiday. The first time I used this feeder, the food got stuck and would not come out. I had to manually wiggle and turn the mechanism a bit to release it. Since then, though, it has worked perfectly. I use the smallest cat food, the size for kittens, which seems less likely to become stuck.

I’ve had this for about a month now and I have nothing bad to say! It’s a great feeder and has definitely helped me out a lot! One of my cats is over weight and I have weird hours at work so his schedule would always be messed up since he can’t be free fed anymore. This has been a lifesaver! It comes out on time and is the perfect portion each time! Highly recommend this one!I like that there’s an indicator for when the food is low too, the seal on the top is also great! Easy set up, really didn’t take long at all, didn’t need the instructions it’s pretty straight forward.
