Works excellent, if multiple dogs, get more balls
Charges easily but my dogs don’t like waiting for it to fully charge so I may have to get another one. It’s quiet but they aren’t. It does run better on wood floors much better than the carpet. Major fun fun for 2/3 dogs but that other dog is above it all. You do have to make sure you screw it back together right or you have very confused dogs

Works best on hard floors
This motorized, interactive ball is a fun toy for medium to large dogs. The ball is 3 inches in diameter so it is a little larger than a tennis ball. For smaller dogs, BFFWOW has a similar product in a slightly smaller size that is more appropriate for them. The ball has soft covering that is resistant to tearing, but I don’t think it will withstand aggressive chewing. Our dog loves to rip apart tennis balls and rope toys, so we are watching closely for it to attack this ball. It is battery powered with an included USB rechargeable battery that is supposed to last for 2 to 3 hours of play time.The ball works best on hard floors where it can bounce and roll freely. On carpeting it jiggles in place and does roll slowly but it loses the ability to move energetically and erratically. It does not work at all outdoors on grass but will work as designed on a patio or flat driveway.The ball has three active modes. In one mode, the ball jiggles and bounces. It will necessarily move about but does not really roll around. In the second mode, the ball does not jiggle, but rolls slowly in random patterns. The final mode combines the jiggling and rolling functions so that the ball randomly jiggles and rolls. When the dog bumps the ball, it activates into the selected mode. The ball will self activate after 10 or 15 seconds and perform in the selected mode. The Power button is inside the outer cover. Just unscrew the ball halves to access it. The Power button is used to turn the ball on and to shift between active modes. A small LED light changes color to indicate which mode is selected. The USB C charging port is located inside the ball next to the Power button.There are instructions included with the toy but they obviously translated into English and are very minimal. They provide just basic information. There is no information in the user manual on how to clean the dog toy or to indicate if it is water resistant. From looking at the ball, I assume that it will withstand dog slobber and light moisture but will not survive submersion in water. I just checked the Amazon listing page and there are much more detailed intructions and information about water resistance and cleaning.This interactive dog toy performs as it is designed to do and it seems durable enough for most dogs. It is priced below similar toys on Amazon so it is a good value. Our dog is a little scared of it because it is its only moving toy but it does play with the ball. I would recommend it to other Amazon shoppers.

Works as it should but cheap
Received what I expected but didn’t expect it to be THIS cheap. Inside where the internal ball mount into fitted piece, deteriorated in just over a week with minimal use. Also the charge doesn’t last long at all… maybe 30 minutes.Task to make actual contact with the seller was attempted but by no means an easy task and not worth my time or energy
