Purchased this to keep in my travel bag as a soaking container for my dental retainers. My first attempt at using the product wasn’t very satisfactory, but I realized that the silicone gasket that fits in the lid had come dislodged in the dishwasher. Once the grommet was in place, the container sealed up nicely, and it fits neatly in my toiletry bag.

Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a kid-size collapsible bowl I could throw in my diaper bag in case my kids wanted a snack on the go, or a taste of what I was eating. This was the right size; others were too large and meant more for camping or for a portable doggy water bowl. Love that this comes with two free silicone sponges and a nice lid!

Decent Travel Bowl
Holding up well so far. Good size and fit perfectly in my small purse when we went on vacation so I could put vinegar on my fries and my husband and kids could have theirs plain. I cannot get the vinegar smell out now, though, and I’ve washed it a ton of times. I like the lid, it made it so nothing spilled. You can see when you expand the bowl how thin the rubber is at the seams, and I can see how that may become a problem with getting a worn out quickly and breaking open.

I’m using them for freezing large batches of soup, and for that purpose and heating up and eating from, they are perfect! If however you are looking to pack liquids safely without leaking like in a back pack or something where it will not stay flat or may be squished, this is not safe for leak proof purposes. When filled with water and tipped sideways, water drips slowly from the sealed edge. That being said, it would be suitable storage in a cooler that isn’t going to be tipped sideways or as I said, for stationary freezers.Also, the lid can be considered splash proof, so you can walk around with it tipping and sloshing and it won’t leak easily.
