Great Fountain!
After having a cat the had kidney failure, I am always vigilant yo ensure my cats drink enough water.This fountain supplies clean water since it has two different filters. I clean it about once a month. It’s pretty simple to clean- just rinse each piece with hot water and use a brush.The fountain also supplies moving water so my cat can drink from the actual fountain (simulates drinking from a faucet) or else from a fairly flat surface.The water reservoir is generous so you don’t have to fill it often. It is silent when full but will start to make noise when the water level is low.I’ve purchased two of these to replace plastic fountains. The stainless steel does not pick up flavors like the plastic fountains can. Also, the stainless steel design makes it much easier to clean when compared to plastic fountains.

Worked well! Good quality, but cat didn’t like it
Seemed to be fairly durable. Held a nice amount of water, no leaks, and wasn’t very noisy at all. I appreciated how quiet it was, and the fact that it didn’t need any batteries, and how little space it took up.The removable spout was also very neat, and was fairly easy to clean.My cat, however, did not like it and wouldn’t drink from it, so I had to return it. Really sad she didn’t like it because of how cute it was…

Best fountain I have purchased so far
The fountain arrived on the next day delivery. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions on filters and cleaning. The fountain is quiet compared to others I have purchased, the perfect size for my kitchen, the water level window is perfect for monitoring the water and is easy to disassemble to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Battery life good, water filter is great, the fit is good, my kittens love it and I can barely hear it sometimes I forget I have it. Stainless steel is good stays clean. Great buy for the money. Just make sure you clean it really good and that means everything inside filters everything or it gets slimy and gross.

Wonderful fountain
This is a well designed, well thought out, well made fountain. My cat has never been a big water drinker until now as an old man with the beginnings of kidney disease. He was drinking out of the tub despite a bowl of fresh water right next to his food. No, he wanted the dripping tub faucet water with hints of ode de shampoo. So I got him this fountain in hopes that it would entice him away from the questionable tub water. It took a day or two but he did make the switch. I guess the proximity to his food combine with the tantalizing tinkling water sounds won him over. much to my delight. No more bum rushing him out of the tub.It does require a bit more upkeep than a bowl of water, but it’s surprisingly easy to clean. And the filtration is excellent. The water at the top will be sparkling clean and then you pull the top off to clean it out and there’s all kinds of food bits in the reservoir being neatly filtered out so it never comes back up. And should your cat decide to barf in his fountain, not MY cat of course, no, perish the thought, you can take it apart to a surprising degree to clean it. Even the pump comes apart to clean. I was stunned at how little food got past the pimp screen. I found one or two tiny bits of food in there, and they were super easy to clean out, when the top of the fountain was covered in lightly chewed cat food bits. And he’d done it (not my cat, a purely hypothetical cat you see) sometime overnight so who knows how many hours the poor fountain marinated in this slug, just pumping away. The main filter was totally clogged with food, and the water had been draining around the rim of the top into the reservoir. The water was cloudy, but well filtered still. Impressive. And since it’s all steel and clearly been designed by people with fur babies, it took only 10-15 minutes to pull it apart, clean it all with soap and the little pipe cleaner and refill it, clean as new. The filters were a write off, clearly, but the whole thing is blessedly devoid of nooks and crannies you can’t get too. You can flush and brush every bit of it. And there’s a youtube video that shows you how to clean the pump. Wonderful. Now to convince my little prince that the water is clean.

Highly recommend this product!
The stainless steel and glowing light make this a total delight!!! My Kitty thinks it’s pretty and nifty! It holds I’d say about half a gallon of water. It is functional and makes it easy for kitty to find her beverage in the night without any lights! The plastic part is durable and well made. My kitty was a little apprehensive because the pump is well made, and makes the water move a little faster than she is used to. However, having a cat you gotta know that they need plenty of fluids otherwise it could cause serious health issues. My kitty went a week without a drinking fountain and I could tell a serious difference in her well-being. Overall, I think that this product is good for my cats Health and my dogs enjoy it as well.! the drink ability is perfect! You can use the fountain or you can make it like faucet. My sweet kitty loves the bubbles not the pouring there is no battery. Therefore, there would be no battery life . At least not in mine. Overall, this is a great product with a heavy duty pump. It serves its purpose. Well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend.

Quality drinking fountain & great customer support
The water fountain was delivered the next day after I ordered it. It was very easy to put together. It’s very quiet when using the water sprout. At first, my cat didn’t go near it but after a few days, I contacted Haley with Neareal Customer Support Team & she suggested that I remove the water sprout & let it bubble up from the base like a drinking fountain. That immediated attracted my cat, she would stick her paw in it & sort of play with the water & by the next day, she was drinking from it. Yea! When I went to clean it, I couldn’t find the instruction & Haley kindly sent me the link to veiw the cleaning instructions. I was easy to clean. Wasn’t really very dirty after only a week. My thanks to Haley for her wonderful customer service support.

It’s a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Because it’s stainless steel and no light exposure there’s no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
