Perfect Fountain for Happy, Healthy Cats!
I recently got this cordless water fountain for my cats, and I am honestly SO impressed! The cordless design is a game-changer—no messy wires, no limitations on where I can place it, and it looks super clean in my home. I can set it anywhere, even in the middle of the room or on a counter, and it still works perfectly.My cats were curious at first, but they started using it right away. The flowing water keeps them interested and encourages them to drink more, which is great for their health (especially for urinary and kidney support!). The water stays fresh and clean thanks to the filtration system, and it’s incredibly quiet—almost silent. Even at night, I barely notice it running.Cleaning is very easy too. The parts come apart nicely, and it doesn’t take long at all to rinse and refill.

This fountain is extremely versatile! I can use it corded (ie constant flowing, no sudden splash of water to possibly scare a timid cat) or cordless, so it can be placed easily in areas like enclosures when traveling, etc!The only thing I’d note as something to consider is that the light on the fountain is only on when the fountain is activated. For this reason you might not want to place it near a bedroom unless this is constantly on or turned off, but only if occasional random lights might disturb your sleep.We’ve got one momma cat and three kittens (7 weeks old now) who are all loving this water feature! I wish I’d bought one sooner since I know that our pup would’ve loved a flowing fountain if he was still with us.Replacing the filter and servicing the whole pump is pretty easy, and as far as volume of water, this holds almost a full gallon of water. The quality is superb and we really enjoy the easy cleaning of this stainless steel material.

A good cordless cat water fountain
Easy to set up. Easy to clean. Most cat water fountains have some sort of plastic in them. The bowl and the tray are stainless steel. I expect this will last a long time. The amount of water it holds is perfect. It’s quiet. The battery life seems to be good so far. Would definitely recommend.

Worth Every Penny – My Cat Actually Drinks Water Now!
I’ll keep it real: I bought this fountain because my cat was barely drinking water, and I was tired of constantly refilling bowls that she’d ignore anyway. This thing has been a total game-changer.First off, the cordless/battery-operated feature is clutch. No hunting for outlets or dealing with annoying cords my cat could chew on. I can put it literally anywhere, which means I placed it in her favorite spot, and she’s been all over it ever since. The motion sensor is smart—it turns on when she walks up, so the water stays fresh and the battery lasts way longer than I expected.The stainless steel is solid and easy to clean. I’m not about that plastic life where things get grimy or hold onto smells. This wipes down in seconds, and I can actually see when it needs cleaning (which isn’t often because the filter does its job).The pump is genuinely quiet. I was worried it would be one of those annoying buzzing situations, but it’s barely noticeable. My cat isn’t skittish around it at all, and I can sleep with it running in the next room without issue.For the price, this is hands-down one of the better investments I’ve made for my pet. She’s drinking more water, I’m refilling less often, and I’m not stressing about her hydration anymore. If you’re on the fence, just get it. Your cat (and your peace of mind) will thank you.

I like it — but the filters are expensive
This Emdoro pet water fountain is nicely built. I like that the pump assembly has a built-in battery that will last for days of operation — I charged it and let it run disconnected for 3 days, and it ran perfectly those 3 days. I have the pump set to run on proximity, which works better than I thought it would.But let me back up a little… I have a cat that doesn’t drink much water. We almost never see her at the water bowl. I thought this Emdoro pet water fountain would be a way to get her interested in water, maybe to drink a little more. Most of our previous cats showed WAY more interest in drinking water, so we thought our current cat (Sunshine) would be healthier with just a little more water.The Emdoro pet water fountain arrived and it was easy to assemble. All the components feel well made and everything fits together nicely. Look at my video to see how it assembles — and to see how my messy cat manages to splash water while drinking from this water fountain. Overall, the Emdoro pet water fountain is smaller than I expected it to be, but it is sized just fine for a cat or small dog.The water fountain is very quiet when operating. I can hear a little faint hum from it, but my wife can’t even hear that. I think this would be fine to have in a bedroom… it is so quiet that I don’t think it would disturb sleep. I have mine in a location where it is easy to keep it charging all the time, so that’s what I do.Speaking of power, the Emdoro pet water fountain does not come with a USB power adapter. It does come with a USB cable for charging and operation. You should note that this cable (USB-C to standard USB) is for charging and power only — the cable supplied with the Emdoro pet water fountain will not pass data. It is only for power. (In other words, you can’t use it to get photos from your camera, for example.)The Emdoro pet water fountain has two filters: a small black foam filter and a much larger 2-section filter that is blue in color. The unit comes with a spare black foam filter, but it comes with only one of the bigger dual-section filters. Emdoro says to replace filters after 2 weeks of use, and replacement filters on Amazon cost more than $20 for a package of 8 of each filter. That seems pretty reasonable, but it adds up: It will cost about $60 per year just for water filters, if you use the Emdoro pet water fountain continuously. I know… our pets are family and they’re worth it. Right? Still, that’s a cost to be aware of.Finally, the Emdoro pet water fountain will need to be cleaned regularly, and the water replaced. It’s pretty easy to do that with a standard pet water bowl, but it’s more complicated with a pumping water fountain. Just keep that in mind — you can’t just fill it with water and forget it. You will need to change filters and clean it.Overall, I like the quality and operation of the Emdoro pet water fountain. And my cat seems to like it, too. (See the video!) But I don’t know if I am totally up for the expense and maintenance. Nice product with an uncertain future in my household.

Convenient, Functional, Great Purchase
This water dish is so nice and convenient. It filters the water and I only have to change it out/ refill it every few days (my dog is on the smaller side.) it has 3 modes: motion detection (shown above), continuous, and timed. It’s not loud and it’s a good size. It works really well. I would recommend.
