Disappointing in every way
My main issue with this product is that it dispenses WAY too many treats at one time.Using the smallest compatible treat, (1) serving dispensed 10 at once! Using the largest compatible treat, it dispensed five at once.Also, camera quality is poor and network connectivity is glitchy making this a total miss for me.Another note: it makes a loud beep whenever it dispenses treats and I don’t see a way to turn it off, but that could be fixed with an update. The other issues I don’t know how they would fix with software so I will be returning.

Definitely easy enough to set up, connects right to your wifi. Easy app on your phone helps make it a streamlined modernized process. Ideal for pets that you want to exercise and keep active. Very fun gift idea! Place high on the wall wherever you mount it because the treats really shoot out far. Overall solid product.

Closer Pets TreatView is a game changer for cat parents! Since we already have cameras on our cat feeder and around the house, we didn’t really need the camera (more like a package deal bonus).What caught our attention was the dispenser for cat treats. What cat parent doesn’t treat their fur baby? To be able to still treat your cat while away from home is amazing. Our cat(s) love it. We use the camera and two-way call to insure each cat gets a treat!All PROS, no CONS!Shipped fast. Terrifying to dogs
The alert that sounds before treats are dispensed scares both my dogs, and then 10 pellets get shot out at them. Whoever designed the video camera so it has to be set low in the room wasn’t thinking. Our dogs also figured out how to rip it down and eat all the treats. A better secured compartment instead of soft silicone would prevent this. Poorly designed.

Love “spying” on my pets while away
Like any good dog mom, I hate leaving my fur babies at home alone but such is life. This is such a fun way to keep an eye on them while I’m gone. I love being able to check in and instead of just teasing them ACTUALLY be able to give them treats too! Sometimes we’ll even fill this with calming treats to make them extra relaxed while we’re away. Now that I work from home, my dogs aren’t used to having a lot of alone time and to be honest, neither am I. This definitely helps me rest a little easier during this time apart. It was super easy to set up and use and my doggos learned pretty quickly about the treat feature. They beg constantly for more, even when I’m home!

Nice idea for those with pets who are left alone a lot.Connects to your home WIFI, needs to be located near an outlet, is easily wall mountable without drilling holes.Offers clear camera, and two way audio if you need to give your pet commands or calm them, and also you can administer a snack from the machine remotely from your phone.Does need to be cleaned regularly depending on snacks being used.Quite expensive at $100 at time of testing.

Simple to set up and use
This treat dispenser and camera is simple to set up, get on the network, install the app, and connect remotely with the dispenser/camera.The listing specifies treat size of 1-1.5cm in size. We are using it with smaller kibble size cat treats. About 5-6 treats are dispensed at a time.The video quality is great and it’s fun to be able to interact with your pet remotely.
