Love this e collar! It’s my second one, the first one I had for 10 years with no problems. I love the updated features, the page function works well for recall. Battery life is great, and the collar and remote use a C charger now!

Dogtra training collar review
Works as intended. Our dog stays within boundaries, which is what we intended to use it for. Great quality. Reasonably priced. It’s waterproof which is very helpful when it rains outside.

This looks and feels great, it works just as advertised! However my dog apparently needs a higher output collar so I will be buying their 1900x model instead.

Perfect all around training collar for1 yr old GSP
Really love this model better than the other Arc we got. Love that it has the vibrate button right on the front. Our gsp is 41 lbs and we have the strap down to one of the last holes because she’s skinny with very little fur. Anyway, this collar could very well be all you’d ever need for training. I put it on my arm and my kids’ arms to see what the vibration felt like, and we can all confirm it doesn’t hurt. Our gsp responds immediately to the vibration on the 1-3 setting, and the tone. I can’t even foresee a time we would need to crank it up. We may never need the other options but that’s ok! It is working for us. Love that it has a blinking light on it in the event this little life ruiner tries to escape into the woods again lol.

Not very intuitive
I got this remote primarily because it had a light, but it only has one option and it’s a terrible flash that easily triggers migraines.The dial is also terrible and has no tactical way to tell what level it’s at when you aren’t looking directly at it and it rolls in the opposite direction to what feels natural. Instead of rolling up to raise the level, rolling up lowers the level… it’s definitely something you could get used to, but as someone that has been using ecollars for years it definitely doesn’t feel intuitive.I also greatly dislike that the giant main button is vibrate only and not customizable to at the very least a stim function.
