As the owner of a short-haired dog who accompanies us on winter camping adventures, finding the right cold-weather gear for her has been essential. This coat has proven to be exactly what she needed, and I couldn’t be happier with how well it’s worked out for our outdoor excursions.Perfect FitGetting the sizing right on dog clothing can be tricky, but this coat fits my dog beautifully. Perfect dog jacket!
This jacket is easy to put on and seems warm. A small fits my 11 lb yorkie mix perfectly! I love that I can attach his leash to it. It also does not have velcro, which is a plus for me, as it can stick to his fur. Would highly recommend!

This is such a good buy. It’s warm, soft and durable. I have a blue nose pit about to be 4 months old and he’s strong, so I got him a Large. Fits perfectly. Good quality bc nothing tears as he pulls. The zipper can slide down though, so you have to figure out your method if that happens to you. I just tighten the strings on top and make sure the zipper lies flat.

Runs small so size up, but worth it
After purchasing my 4th jacket for my pup, I finally found this brand. I’m impressed with the built in harness, and not having to deal with Velcro anymore.Originally I purchased a size Large, but I wanted the jacket to almost cover his back so I returned and ordered this X-Large because of our New England winters. My lab mix puppy is 4 months old, and approximately 25 pounds to give you an idea of his size.I love how easy this jacket is to put on. You just put the front legs in, I found after doing this I buckle the clasp on top, this makes it easier to then zip the jacket up the back. The inside of the jacket is so soft, that my pup loves that it keeps him warm. Plus he looks handsome in his winter attire.Having a built in harness jacket, makes it easier to have control while he learns to walk on a leash, and I don’t have to worry about his neck getting hurt.The jacket has a wonderful reflective tape around the neck, so it’s easier to see him at night. Plus the fabric feels like it will allow rain to repel, keeping your pup dry, and the quality seems durable.I love this jacket so much, that I ordered the snowsuit version. The snowsuit covers more of the legs, which he only wears when we play in the snow.As my pup continues to grow, I will definitely be ordering the next size. For now, he has plenty of room to grow in this one.

Exceptional quality and well-designed weatherproof dog coat
The Fuamey dog coat is an exceptional purchase. The large size in a vibrant red perfectly fits my senior 34lb Labradoodle. (Fleece coat is about an inch long.) The back of the stretchy jacket reaches almost to her tailbone; the zipper is strong and no doubt long-lasting; it repels rain and snow; the neck area covers her quite well and the built-in harness is especially useful and appreciated. This dog winter coat is the best I’ve found and I would highly recommend it. (Caveat: If her fur grows another 2 or so inches, I may purchase an XL to avoid catching fur in the zipper. This is simply a personal but not necessary option as this snug fit in large is ideal for warmth.)

Fits great on my 30 pound pup. I really like that the belly is almost fully covered. Seems warm and wind and water resistant. I think the material will be better in the snowy northeast than just fleece or other fabric coat. Putting it on is easy but not for my dog bc anything new freaks her out. Love that it has a ring on the back for a leash although I wouldn’t rely on it of the dog was hard to control.

Good product so make sure the size is right or you’ll be returning it and going for the next size up like I went through. Otherwise, it’s a good product and fits good. The turtle neck part could be a little shorter but it’s still worth getting. Goes on and off with ease.

UPDATE2 So far the jacket is as I mentioned before however, the one sleeve elastic edging has removed itself from the fabric. Maybe not sewn well enough to stay in tact. So I have to be careful putting the one dog leg through. too bad it happened only after a couple of months of gentle wear because I still really like this jacket.UPDATE just to be clear on the sizing. A LARGE just fits nicely on my 40 lb 8 month puppy. Review the sizing.It fit perfectly after following the size chart. It’s very nice. Quality material not cheap looking. And price is reasonable.
