Works for spying on your pets and spouse!
The Furbo 360° Dog Camera is amazing—especially if you have a puppy, multiple dogs, or just want to spy on your pets while pretending it’s “for their safety.” The camera quality is great, the rotation is smooth, and being able to check in from my phone is incredibly reassuring.The treat toss feature is fun and actually useful… with one very important warning: do not introduce this thing with treats and the lullaby music. I repeat—do not. I made that mistake, and my five year old toy poodle spent an entire week doing nothing but staring at the camera like it was a magical vending machine that might sing and spit snacks at any moment. He stopped living his life. He waited.The lullaby paired with the bark alert that automatically launches treats? Powerful. Too powerful. We had to do an adjustment period to break the emotional attachment that formed between my dog and this camera.That said, once we recalibrated and used the features more intentionally, it became an excellent tool. It’s great for monitoring, rewarding when needed, and keeping an eye on your dogs without actually being home. Just be mindful with the lullaby and auto-treat settings unless you want a dog who believes the camera is in charge now.Bottom line: fantastic product, very smart, very effective. Just know that with great power comes great responsibility—and possibly a poodle who worships technology.

Saved my house
I love the furbo!! I got one several years ago for a present and it literally saved my house. I wasn’t home, a fire started, and the furbo alerted me to the fire alarm going off. Went home and put it out. The dogs love when I throw them treats.About a year later, I bought the furbo mini to watch my dogs in the backyard. It’s really fun. It works well.Then I bought the Furbo 360 a couple months ago to watch the dog room. The improvement of picture quality and sound from the model a few years ago is incredible. The dog tracking and the ability to rotate works really well. The treat throwing is still a favorite.All of the furbos have been very easy to set up and use.

Nice but also some bad
Easy set up and the video is crisp and clear, however, there are some things I do not like. The range is great as I have it sitting in between my kitchen and dining room and it will move between them both but it does not rotate and follow my pets very well. It will rotate and sit in a certain position for a long time and not pick up when my cats are walking by. It also does not zoom in on the animals. I read some reviews where it said it did but mine doesn’t so I’m unsure if that feature is not working or they are just wrong. What is really odd is I also bought 2 of the mini Furbos, the 360 one and the basic mini and both of these move up and down and zoom in. I find it bizarre that the larger model doesn’t do that?! I’m considering exchanging this one for the mini 360 Furbo as that rotates much better and will follow all animals as they walk. Now the video quality is much better on this larger model but I’m not looking to star in a reality show so I could live with lesser quality for it to actually pick up my pets every movement. One last pet peeve is that during the sleeping hours, it will stop saving videos. Example, my cat was playing around 2 am and it picked it up. He then jumped on the chair and laid down. At some point he made his way upstairs to my bedroom but when I looked at the saved videos, there was a gap from the last video at 2 am and nothing again til about 6 am. My cat got up and came upstairs and it didn’t pick him up. I don’t know if the mini 360 will do the same as I just set that one up today, so we shall see. It’s disappointing considering the reason I bought these cameras was because one of my cats has peed outside the box a few times and I have no idea which one. Since it’s not a daily occurrence or any signs of any other issues, I’m unable to see who it is. I thought getting cameras would be great to catch the culprit but that won’t happen if it doesn’t rotate or stops saving videos for 4-5 hours during the night. Overall it’s a nice cam if you’re just looking for a cute pet cam and not wanting it for the purpose of catching something on video. I’d recommend going with the mini 360 version for that if you are ok with a lesser, but still decent, video quality.

A lifesaver for my injured pup
I got the Furbo 360 Dog Camera along with the smaller Furbo Mini, and honestly they’ve both been a life saver. Especially when my dog recently had a bone fracture which required extra attention to make sure he wasn’t getting too active on his broken leg. I’ve been able to keep a close eye on him when I’m not in the same room or when I’m out of the house, just to make sure he’s not jumping on the couch or doing anything he’s not supposed to.The treat toss feature is surprisingly useful, it’s nice to be able to reward him or get his attention without having to walk over. The 360 camera movement is great too, being able to swivel the view and see the whole room in real time makes a huge difference compared to the static camera I was using before.Probably my favorite feature though is the Furbo Nanny which is essentially their AI features. While these features do require a subscription, it’s proven to be very useful. It detects barking, howling, or crying, and will even play calming music if it senses stress. It also recognizes what he’s doing, whether he’s getting active, resting, or hopping on the couch, and I’ll get a quick notification. Half the time I don’t even need to open the live view because the notifications are so accurate.Overall, Furbo really nailed it with these. They’re built for pet owners, not just security. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can monitor and comfort my dog from anywhere. Highly recommend it if you want to stay connected with your pet!

Trovo questa telecamera assolutamente fantastica sotto molti punti di vista, anche i materiali con cui è stata costruita denotano una qualità e una cura nell’assemblaggio da pefezionisti. Funziona egregiamente e fa quello che promette. E’ una telecamera IP, semplicissima da configurare e da impostare tramite bluetooth. L’app sul mio iPhone funziona egregiamente e la telecamera riprende in varie risoluzioni con anche 1080p. Ci sono possibilità di miglioramento, nel senso che si potrebbero aggiungere altri sensori con relative notifiche (ad esempio un sendore di movimento magari su una determinata area dello schermo o un sensore per rilevare se il cane sta spostando/muovendo la videocamera, magari dotarla di un sopporto a ventosa per evitare che il cane la sposti)… ad ogni modo la telecamera è veramente molto bella, mi invia una notifica ogni qualvolta che il cane/i cani abbaiano e la visione notturna è veramente chiara. Allego filmato.Non richiede che i “biscottini” che lancia siano di una particolare forma/marca ma bisogna azzeccare un po’ la dimensione. Tranquilli comunque, un semplice premio a forma sferica di circa 1cm va bene… io inizialmente ho comprato dei biscottini per cuccioli a forma di ossicina e li ho divisi in due, nonostante risultassero piccoli per il buco di lancio, la videocamera funziona correttamente e li lancia (unico problema se il biscottino è troppo piccolo, la videocamera potrebbe lanciarne più di uno per volta…). Richiede una connessione discretamente veloce altrimenti il video risulta un po’ rallentato e l’audio rischia di non sentirsi bene (essendo VoIP) nè in trasmissione nè in ricezione.Nel complesso, la consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno un cane a casa.

Furbo Dog camera is a great product. Video quality is very good. I was happily surprised with the image quality in low light situations (i.e. night vision). The quality of the audio coming through the device microphone could be improved. The audio coming from the device’s speakers is good quality.The camera was easy to setup, and the app is very intuitive, and device-phone pairing is easy.Tossing treats is fun, but the system is a little bit unreliable for tossing one treat. Thus, sometimes it toss multiple treats (60% of the time), and sometimes it does not toss any (30% of the time). I would recommed the product.

Positive points:I bought this to give myself some peace of mind while I am away from home. It definitely does that. My dogs recognise when it is in use as the light changes from yellow to blue (colours dogs can see). They usually look up immediately when I turn it on to watch them, even if I don’t activate the microphone or dispense any treats. They quickly learned to recognise the noise it makes to signal that treats are coming and come to get them very eagerly. They also seem to recognise my voice when I speak to them through the microphone and will obey commands I give them.The night vision camera is great for low light conditions and often gives a clearer view than the normal camera, even during the day.The Furbo takes their regular kibble as well as various different brands of treats, so long as they are in small pieces. The unit looks easy to clean and the mechanism hasn’t jammed once after dispensing treats hundreds of times now.I love that I can take photos and videos of my dogs and some of the things they get up to when they think I can’t see them. I just wish I could show them the photo evidence of them caught sitting on the sofa!The barking alerts work well. They are sent promptly and let me check in and decide if I want to speak to the dogs or dispense treats to distract them. It ignores the gruff and growly noises my dogs make when they are just playing nicely together and only picks up and alerts me to a “genuine” bark.Negative points:It took a while to get this set up properly as the Furbo unit wouldn’t maintain a good connection with my router despite it being in direct line of sight and only about three metres away. My phone showed a full wifi signal where I had located the Furbo. The customer services team were excellent. Very helpful and prompt with their replies. After a firmware update and then resetting the Furbo and connecting again it has been much better. I bought a wifi signal booster hoping that would give me 100% reliability for the connection. It is still a bit unstable, but is now good about 95% of the time.At first I could only use the app while I was also at home and using wifi (it wouldn’t connect using mobile data at all – I am on EE). This was a bit pointless. However, after the firmware update and resetting the unit, it now connects perfectly over mobile data so I can keep an eye on my dogs while I am away from home.My dogs would destroy the Furbo unit if they could reach it to get to the treats inside, so I have placed it on a high bookcase. This works well but would be vastly improved if it were possible to tilt the camera downwards. As it is, I have had to tip the whole unit forwards and wedge a block under the base so that it gives a good view of the room. The wide angle is great, but when it is located up as high as I need to have it, I can’t see the floor (which is where my dogs are most of the time – or at least, where they are supposed to be but the sofa is obviously so much more comfortable!) without tipping it forwards. With the Furbo unit in this tilted position it is a little bit unstable and doesn’t fire the treats out so well. It still does, but they tend to just spill or dribble out rather than shoot forwards as they do when it is sitting level. It also gives out far more treats in this tilted position so I am going through them too quickly. As it is not possible to fill the unit with many treats to begin with, this is a problem.There is a slight delay on the camera so it is not ideal for talking to the dogs and timing my words to their behaviour and reactions, but the delay is only about a second so it is not a major issue.Overall, I absolutely love my Furbo. It was expensive but the peace of mind is has given me on the occasions I have needed to leave my dogs at home has been worth it. One dog in particular suffers from separation anxiety and she seems to take comfort from hearing my voice occasionally. Of course, I can’t be sure she recognises it is me speaking, but she recognises her name and some basic commands so it distracts her from whatever she is doing or feeling for a few moments at least.Even with my few criticisms, I would still give this 5 stars.
