I used this leash three times and it broke! My dog doesn’t pull so there was not extra tension on the leash but the cord is not sturdy and not thick at all. Used only three times! Works well for our 50 LB dog. Just the right amount of tension when retracting. It safely retracts without too much force or too little force, which was a problem with other leashes we had.

Great price and great lock mechanism
Bought two and it’s a very good leash for less than $20.00. Grip is comfortable and rope is ribbon like which is better than thin cable in case it twists around the back of your leg wearing shorts in summer. Less friction and easier to release to prevent the rope burning and cutting like other retractable leash dangers. I love this leash. I have 2 big dogs that can pull hard and it hasn’t broken like others have. The strong lock on this thing helps them self correct and they walk better for me usingit as well.

This is a really great dog leash. We got this to replace another one that broke. Our dog is over 100 pounds and we have had no issues with this leash. It is comfortable in your hand and very easy to use.
