Press and hold the “RESET” for 6 seconds until the blue light flash.Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the APP.Click the “+” on top right corner to add the device named “WiFi Feeder”.Enter the correct 2.4GHz WiFi password. Can’t connect the feeder to Wi-Fi (Tip #1)
1. Distance problem. Try to put them in the same room within 12 meters.
2. Recconet the feeder to the WIFI if the password had changed.
3. Accidentally long pressed the “RESET”. Press the “RESET” on the feeder for 6s to reconnect your home WIFI.
Can’t connect the feeder to Wi-Fi (Tip #2)
4. Make sure you’re connecting to your 2.4 GHz wifi instead of the 5 GHz. Remember to select 2.4GHz if you do a modem/router reset.
5. Don’t place the feeder near the home main circuit breaker box to avoid signal interference.
Does the feeder work when the Wi-Fi goes down or power outages?
Yes, the feeder will feed on set schedule when running on battery power only.
Can I set up a feeding plan when out of town or traveling to another city?
Yes, log in to the “smart life” app and so you can control the feeder anywhere.
When you meet a food jam problem with the feeder, please check the following:
1. Check food size: between 0.12″ – 0.51″(3 mm- 13 mm) in size.
2. Try to reduce the amount of food in the food tank.
3. Check if the internal propeller or the outlet is blocked.
4. Make sure the feeder is with power.

You get what you pay for
I have two small dogs(corgi and chihuahua), I have to put it on 12 servings twice in order to have one feeding for them. The scheduled feeding feature sporadically works. I bought this one because the price was good. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. *Iam updating this review since I posted it. The seller contacted me and offered a full refund, only to say ignore full refund because it was the only way they could respond. I have communicated with sellers before without deception. Don’t buy this, customer service is horrible and the product doesn’t consistently work. There are more feeders out there that are worth it. My neighbor bought a different brand and loves hers.

Good Feeder
Sorry for this long message but I rather give as much detail as possible!I’ve never had an automatic feeder before but this is one is good.The feeder plugs in to the wall and connects to your phone through an app and connects to the wifi. I was worried if my wifi goes out that my animals wouldn’t be fed but according to the app it should still maintain the feeding schedule regardless. I haven’t had an issue yet.The app is pretty simple to use and set up. The one thing is the feeding schedule is in military time so it won’t say AM or PM but it’s super easy to figure out. You can set the portion sizing how you’d like and you’re able to set as many feedings as you’d like as well. I have only 3 feeding times a day because that works best for me. I also set to 3 as the potion size as that’s recommended by the veterinarian.Aside from the feeding schedule there are two other options. 1. There’s a “FEED” button on the feeder to press (1 serving at a time), if you’d like. You’re able to lock this feature so the animals don’t figure out how to feed themselves after watching you press the button. 2. From anywhere! You can feed your animals any portion sizing you want. I’ve been hours away from home and still able to feed my animals a snack in between scheduled feeding times.The feeder came with the feeder itself, bowl set ups, and legs that they all rest on. There are 2 different heights for the animals to eat at (in the image I provided that is the tallest height). Also, it has two options of one or two bowls and is easy to change out, if needed. Super easy to clean and haven’t had an issue yet.I’d best recommend this for cats or small to medium sized dogs. No more than about 30 or so lbs. Depending on the breed.

Excellent feeder!!!
What an awesome cat feeder! Firstly this thing is packaged really well, even came with a cat toy (the box, haha) Setup was a breeze, only took a few minutes and the app to integrate on your phone is super easy, works instantly when you press “feed” from your phone. We had an old feeder that the cats would knock over, this thing is sturdy! The battery backup is awesome too, as I travel for work and am always worried about a power outage or tripped breaker, not a problem with this thing. The voice memo is a nice touch! A few different options for raising it with the included feet as well, which is thoughtful. Overall very good quality for the price! Will be buying from this brand in the future.

Holds dog food well
The feeder is a great size to hold food for my two dogs. I love that there is risers so its not on the floor being my dogs are older. The feeders performance is great we buy dog food wirh little bone shaped kibble in it and it dispense it perfectly. The set up is even super easy, im not one to use directions and i didnt even need to double check.

😅😅Feeder is Great, But App Needs Fixing!
The feeder itself is well made. The size is accurate, the bowls are easy to clean, and setup was simple. But the app has serious issues. I set it to feed 6 portions at 9am, but after saving, it only shows 1 portion. The schedule won’t save properly, and the app keeps crashing. I bought two units so returning is difficult. I hope they fix the app soon, because the hardware works great!🙃

One of the best purchases I’ve made this year
I’ll start with two brief negs: 1) the divided delivery slide doesn’t ensure equal portion sizes to each dish and 2) when filled to the max, the feeder may occasionally jam.Those said, it does a great job of ensuring my cats are fed on a schedule. I provide a larger portion in the mornin and then scale back slightly in the afternoon.My cats were waking-up before me and, then releasing themselves in front of my bedroom door in silent protest to my sleeping in. The device is WiFi and the App is simple to use.With this feeder, they eat at 7:30a and 5:30p, no exceptions. The divider/blinder between the bowls help curb the male from nudging the female away from her food.This device has made feeding time such a better experience for all of us. When they hear the food begin down the chutes, they come running!

Todo bien durante mes y medio y ha dejado de funcionar, solo hace ruido de que gira pero no sale nada y en la aplicación marca excepción de la unidad. No está atascado y el tamaño de la croqueta es pequeño. Así que creo que es el aparato el que ya no quiere trabajar.Lo compré porque me pareció una buena opción para seguir alimentando a mis perros cuando saliera de viaje.
