Good for a pig!
My pig loves it!

Overall great toy
Was a great toy for about three days. Then my dog figured out the side dials determine the speed at which the treats come out and set about destroying them. Honestly though it’s a great toy and did keep him thoroughly entertained until he figured out the cheat code.

No more Giggles….
My dog LOVES this thing. I bought two. This would be 5 stars + except for the fact that after a couple months of use, neither one “giggles” anymore, which is part of it’s charm.

Works really well
This puzzle toy works really well. I don’t think my dog particularly cares that it “giggles” but I can see how other dogs would be interested. I like that you can adjust the holes to have one open, both open, or partially open to change the ease with which the dog gets the reward. Very durable, would buy again.

Great toy
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is truly a great added addition to our dogs collection. The only thing I have bad to say is I wish it was mage of hard rubber not plastic.

Size
It’s huge. If dropped on wood flooring, it will dent laminate flooring. Our dog is a great pyrenees & he did not even have an interest in it.

Lots to love about this toy.
The wonky sound it makes as it rolls around intrigues my dog. He immediately began to try different strategies to get the kibble or small treats out. The different size hole settings ensure more challenges as your dog’s problem solving skills improve. The shape just allows him to pick it up and maneuver it, but not attempt to bite into it. It is hard plastic. It washes well. I put half his breakfast kibble in it 3x/wk. keeps him busy for 15-20 minutes.

This worked better when my dog was first introduced to it, as she was freaked out by the noise it makes but also very intrigued by it. She would roll it around while barking at it, and it was hilarious. Now that she understands it isn’t a living thing, she doesn’t bark anymore but she is also less interested in it. If anything, she might actually avoid it a little because of the noise it makes, but she is also a very special dog with a lot of feelings that is also easily scared by things/the unknown. So this was already questionable from the beginning in terms of “will my dog use this”. I’m surprised by her backwards reaction, if anything.Otherwise, she’s an EXCELLENT chewer, or a “power chewer” as they say, and she definitely has tried to chew this thing up to no avail. I didn’t reallyyyyy let her go hard because she was able to make marks on the middle housing for the treats part, but I am sincerely shocked that this thing still operates and functions 100% even with the chew marks.

My dog is very nervous and suffers from anxiety due to trauma. I have been trying to get her used to noise and movement and even just playing as that is not something she is used to. This toy was too much for her with the sound but the toy itself is really good. It’s very well made and is of sturdy construction. The ability to change the size of the dispenser opening is great so you can accommodate different sizes of treats/food. It is also easy to clean and is very durable. I had a friend test it with his puppy and the puppy was quite aggressive with it and it incurred no damage.Overall, I would recommend the item if you have a dog that is confident and used to loud sounds. If however you have a scared or anxious dog, I would wait until you get their confidence levels up before attempting this.

Got this feeder toy for our St. Bernard. There’s not many toys out there that she cannot instantly destroy. Literally jaws of steel and what she can’t chew, she can just swallow whole. Introducing this toy was super funny. For a 150lb girl, she is a chicken at heart and was initially very freaked out by the “giggle” noise this toy makes whenever it is rolled. It took a few days before she realized that it wasn’t that scary and then she figured out how to push the toy to get her treats. This is a great slow-feeder toy that not only slows down her eating but also makes her work a bit for the treats. I only wish that there was an option to turn off the “giggle” noise. I think my small dogs would like the toy too, but are just too afraid of the noise to go anywhere near it.Overall this feeder toy is well-built, can handle a ton of abuse from large dogs and keeps them entertained while also getting their food/treats. The actual toy is easy to open up to add food or to clean and gives you plenty of adjustments in the 2 feeder openings to accommodate different sizes of food/treats. Would have been a five-star if there was a way to turn off the noise.

I got this to give my 9 month old dog some variety in how he eats. He’s a fast eater and I vary feeding him with different techniques. This replaced his kong which he empties in less than a minute. I like how there are several ways to adjust the holes depending on kibble size. It seems durable and easy to open and close for a human. It makes a strange noise when it rolls. I can’t describe it… like a really ill duck lol. It’s not a squeak.. he loves it. I’m more interested in it challenging and stimulating my dog so I don’t mind the sounds. It took my dog about 4 feedings until he figured it out. Initially I would have to push it with my foot. Once I realized to open both sides, the kibble would spill out on either side of the toy, encouraging him to nudge it with his nose to get the treat on alternating sides. Once he gets the hang of it I’ll try just opening one side to make it more challenging. The sound isn’t as annoying as I initially thought because he only nudges it enough to spill the treat, so it’s one quack with breaks while he eats. Way less noisy than a squeaky chew toy that is constant. This is durable and relatively easy to clean, but it’s not a chew toy. Don’t leave it with your dog who is an aggressive chewer once they are done emptying it. The little dials that control the holes can be chewed and broken. It’s really fun to watch them figure it out and get the hang of it. Give them a few days, your dog might not get it at first, but like I said, if your dog doesn’t nudge it enough to spoil the kibble, try opening both sides so he/she will accidentally be nudging it from both sides trying to get the kibble that is on either side. After a few days your dog should understand the concept of rolling it to get the reward and you can adjust it to make it more challenging.

There’s nothing a dog loves so much as a noisy toy. But I can definitely see how it could drive owner’s nuts! The noise is beloved by the dog, though. Having had choking experiences with smaller toys, this is the perfect size for a large dog. Any dog with ‘retrieving’ instincts would love to carry this around and ours certainly did, shunning other toys to carry this from place to place. It’s also a fairly good slow feeder for treats or meals and our smart dog figured it out quickly. It seems fairly durable, though I’ll admit our dog is not prone to dropping things from a great height. Overall, I wish the noise was a little quieter, but the dog loves it!
