Best for your cat
I’m really impressed with the KittySpout Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain. My cat is notoriously picky about water bowls, but he took to this fountain almost immediately. The circulating flow seems to keep the water fresher, and I’ve noticed he’s drinking more throughout the day, which gives me peace of mind. The strange thing is he drinks from over the top of the spout. I will try to upload a video. Quite humorous.The stainless steel build is a huge plus. It feels durable, is easy to clean, and doesn’t develop any weird smell or slime like some plastic fountains tend to do. I also appreciate how quiet the motor is. Even at night, the gentle hum is barely noticeable, and it doesn’t startle my cat.Setting it up was simple, and the filters are easy to replace. The size is perfect—not too bulky, but holds enough water that I don’t have to refill constantly.Overall, the KittySpout fountain is a great investment for any cat owner. Excellent! My cat loves this
Oh my gosh, my cat LOVES this! I have a cat who usually likes to use his water bowl as a swimming pool and so I’m washing it and refilling it like three or four times a day. As soon as I set this up. He was right there he was splashing, batting it, stalking it he had no idea what was going on, but he knew he loved it. Had it for about two weeks now I wash it out fully every once a week or five days or so. It’s very easy to clean. I know you can put it in the dishwasher, but I always wash it in the sink because my cat literally sits. They’re watching me and waiting for it to return. I just changed the filter today for the first time and it was very dirty so it’s definitely filtering out all of his fur and dust. He guzzling the water. He drinks it from the fountain he drinks it from the flat part, he puts his paw under the fountain and then drinks it off his paw. It does require an outlet and I just use a little extender so I can keep it in a place where he’s used to. I did have to move my burr grinder for my coffee set up, but it’s worth it.😀 I decided to splurge on the real deal because I know my cat would put this thing to the test and it’s been very well worth it. Thank you kitty spout for the best early Christmas present that my cat could’ve asked for.I included a picture of the filter that I changed out after two weeks to show how much dirt and fur it does capture and I have a picture of my cat drinking water off his paw the literal second I set it back down.

Very nice fountain. I wish all my cats would use it.
I like this but I like the newer version better. I only have 2 cats who like to drink out of this fountain. The other three drink out of the dog’s stainless steel bowl. Between the cats and dog, I clean that dish several times a day. I clean the fountain every week with a new filter and scrubbing every bit of the fountain. It’s extremely quiet. Cleaning the spout is difficult even with the pipe cleaner. I bought extra filters on Amazon since I clean the fountain every week. I think the fountain is of high quality.

Nice cat fountain, better than others
My cats love this fountain! I have had all kinds of cat fountains over the years and this one is the best so far. Easier to clean, and all metal. The metal keeps the water fresher for longer. This can hold a lot of water, and the little light helps to show what the water level is at. It’s worth the money compared to the other plastic fountains out there!

Great fountain.
Great construction, easy assembly, good instructions, comes with extra supplies and my cat used it immediately. We are having dry air and they are being picky about the water bowl so sought out a fountain to make sure they are hydrating more. Saw the advertisement for KittySpout on IG and went for it.It’s pretty quiet too. No trickle sound. More like a small motor hum with an airy sound.I’ve bought loads of fountains and this one I may actually get to keep for longer than a year.

My cats have been using this for about a month. I was sure they wouldn’t like it, but all 4 of them LOVE it! It’s a thoughtful design and it is super-quiet. The motor is quiet and there’s no noticeable ‘splash’ noise until the water level drops an inch or two, and that’s just from water falling from the top plate into the pan below; the spout flows smoothly and doesn’t splash.If there’s anything I could be critical of:1. Perhaps the mfg should suggest cleaning every week instead, (not every 2 weeks), especially for multi-cat households. I haven’t noticed any build-up of mold or slime on the surfaces or component yet, but after just one week, there is a fair amount of floating debris (hair, food particles, etc to collect/build bacteria) in the reservoir, that it definitely needs to at least be dumped and replaced more often. Since I have to refresh it, I just go ahead and do the thorough cleaning once per week, and IT’S SUPER EASY.2. I’m not convinced the filter from the pan to the reservoir is as effective as it could be. It fits very loosely which allows debris to fall around it, and perhaps part of the reason the reservoir doesn’t stay cleaner longer. I’m probably just going to make something else to fit in there. 🙂

We received our water bowl last Sunday and after a week, I think we all like it! Our two boys both use it now after a little hesitation but I’d consider it a score! It is very, very quiet and the stainless steel has a very nice, clean look to it. It says to clean it and change filters every couple of weeks which looks pretty straight forward. If they get fussy about it we may do it every week. Anyway, so far so good, we would recommend at this point!

This is a silent fountain and the lid helps to keep debris out of the water. With 2 cats it has about 1-1/2 weeks worth of water in it. It washes up well in the dishwasher. It is corded, so if you want a cordless fountain, this is not the one that you want to buy.
