Best dog toy ever!
*UPDATE: 7 yrs and an additional dog (an Enlish Bull Terrier) later and these things are still going strong! Our Bull Terrier left some minor teeth marks on the toys from when he was younger and teething. But the toys have remained in tact… no dangerous parts broke off. (We’ve had 2 costly emergency visits to a Veterinary Hospital because my Chihuahuas quickly ate thru other flimsy toys and one ended up with his bowels impacted.)We love these things! And the brand has earned my trust. My dogs would spend hours messing with these things when they were puppies. They quickly learned how to knock the food/treats out. But we just made it harder by breaking up large, hard treats into odd shapes that were difficult to fall out. All three of our dogs are at least 7 yrs old now. They still get excited when we bust these toys out. (We had to buy a third one since they started to fight over who gets to take the next swipe.) It’s still fun watching all 3 dogs nudge and swipe these toys across the room, sometime launching them at each other. It’s like watching dogs playing hockey, rushing for Easter eggs, and playing roller derby all at once. (Not quite as chaotic or violent as it sounds though.)One of our Chihuahuas turned out to be a bottomless pit who devours his food in less than a minute. He chewed thru all complicated food bowls we tried. And if we make it too hard for him to get to his meals quick enough, he ends up trying to fight with the other dogs for theirs. (Despite his size, the larger dog usually backs down and lets him eat his food… which is about 4-5 times the amount the Chi should be getting.) This toy has helped sooooo much. I can feed all dogs at once and set one of these out with some kibble & an oversized treat inside. Our chunky Chihuahua has decided it’s easier to finish his food and start slapping the toy around, rather than fighting with his brothers. This gives the other dogs time to eat their food in peace and at their own pace. I can leave the room and know they’re all finished and ready to go outside when I hear them all flinging the one toy around. It’s still hilarious to watch after all these years. (Especially since they’re all older… I suppose a mix between middle aged and senior in dog years?)Oh, and the rattling noise is hardly bothersome at all anymore. The joy our dogs get out of these toys is worth so much more than a little noise. When we do take notice to the noise, it’s because we’re more aware of our dogs’ routines or it’s just a happy sound to hear. I had never really owned multiple dogs at once, so I guess the “noise” seemed way more noticeable in the past for that reason. Also, maybe because I made it too easy for kibbles to go flying about. Despite any amount of noise or teeth marks on the toys, they have never scratched up our various hard floor surfaces.JUST BUY THE KONG TREAT DISPENSING TOY. Feed your dog’s need for independent play and challenges! They don’t live very long. And this thing takes some of the attention off of you to keep your dog amused, and allows you to be amused by them for a while. 🩷*Original review from 2016 is below.*I needed a solution for two teething, whining puppies who were constantly getting into trouble (humping, chewing, fighting, eating up toilet paper and knocking over the bathroom trash, etc). So I researched pet toys and discovered the Kong Wobbler. This toy is genius. Basically, you fill it with food/treats, and your dog bats it around until the food/treats fall out from a little hole in the toy. It keeps them busy and intrigued for a while, which keeps them out of trouble.PROS:Durable.Easy to clean.Easy to fill.Keeps dogs busy.Helps build concentration.Great for dogs that tend to eat too fast. Not too noisy.CONSSome rattling noises caused by food swirling around, and the additional noise of the toy skidding across my hard floor. But it definitely beats the annoying noise of a squeaky toy.*I want to add that the toy is a little big for my 4 month Chihuahua puppies. One puppy is slightly intimidated by the toy, likely because of its size, but he’s been staring at it and circling it non-stop since he saw the other puppy using another one. I think he’ll grow into it in a few more weeks though.I bought two of the Wobblers. I’ve only had them out for half an hr, but my puppies have not left them alone. It took about 10 min for one of the puppies to figure out how to use it. Because he’s so small, he has to really pounce on it to get it to wobble good enough to spill out some treats.

One of our most-favored dog toys!
This toy is a favorite of our dogs and most of the dogs we’ve fostered, particularly any that are higher energy and food driven. With some foster dogs, I feed them exclusively using the KONG Wobbler. It slows their eating and gives them an outlet for mental and physical energy. It’s so durable that I can’t imagine it’ll ever need to be replaced, particularly with the size and shape that make it a little difficult to be a “chew toy”. This is a great toy to fill with kibble and put on a patio for some good doggy entertainment.

Great way to occupy my greyhound!
I have a greyhound so he’s pretty low energy but he loves his walks and sometimes New England weather just doesn’t accommodate. I bought him this toy for Christmas and, at first, he wasn’t sure what to make of it. I use the ‘normal’ kongs whenever we go out for a long time since he came to us with mild separation anxiety and I find that a frozen kong does wonders. I think he was confused by this new hard kong (this is made of strong plastic NOT the durable, flexible rubber of the regular kongs). After showing him how it worked, he originally seemed disinterested/confused. Then I figured out that he realised he could make me keep ‘demonstrating’ how to get the kibble out! Greyhounds are smarter than people think. ;)For a while, he kept half-heartedly nudging it and then giving up. Today, however, mostly stuck inside due to a blizzard, I loaded it up with kibble, a few treats, and a few slivers of cheese. He’s been playing with it for a good 10 minutes, and it’s clearly wearing him out a little (greys get trembly legs when they try and nose the floor, and he’s using lots of brain power). He has no idea what to do when he wedges it into corners so I have to move it about a bit but this is a supervise-only sort of toy; not something you can safely leave when you’re gone like a standard kong due to the hard plastic (an exuberant or very strong dog might be able to break this).Overall, I rate this very highly. For a dog with very keen intelligence, I think it could lose its appeal if used just as a treat dispenser but would be a great way to feed whole meals since it does require effort and problem solving. For breeds that are considered less intelligent (like greys), it is a GREAT, tiring distraction. My 8 year old looks exhausted as I type this! Way too much work for his little head! He obviously had a great time playing with it, and I think it will be an invaluable toy for our cold winters and hot summers. Anything that distracts him this well is very welcome since he tends to whine when bored! So far, I have found this very easy to open, close, and clean. A major plus. I am such a huge fan of Kong products now.Highly recommended!

I saw this toy recommended for border collies because it’s more challenging than most food dispensers, so I got one for my koolie puppy. I am so glad that I did. After I demonstrated how it worked, he took to it right away.It greatly slows down his dinner, gives him mental and physical exercise, and is VERY entertaining to watch. He jumps about kicking it and grabbing it with his paws to throw it behind him, which sends it off in wild spins that fling kibble in arcs across the floor. Then he spend a minute or two carefully sniffing out all the kibble it dispensed, before leaping back onto the toy to dispense more. It’s so fun to watch that my mother-in-law always asks me to bring him over to her house for his dinner, so she can watch him go at it. She has a rug with a busy pattern, which makes the kibble very hard to see. This gives him a lot of sniffing practice, which is great because I plan to do scent work with him.Afterwards, he’s tired out and ready for bed.

Golden Retriever köpeğim için almıştım, köpek oyuncaklarında dayanıklı olduğunu duyduğum için o kadar para verip almıştım ama aldığımın ertesi günü parçalandı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
