Our pet tracker works with the Molly & Cody App.
Please download “Molly & Cody” from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Note: Do not download “Molly & Cody Smart”—that app is only for our automatic pet feeders.
How can I find my device’s IMEI number?
The IMEI number is important for after service. You can locate it in three ways:
– On the IMEI sticker on your tracker (do not remove it).
– On the outside of the product box.
– In the Molly & Cody App: go to Account → Device → Your Device → Copy.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Please check your App settings. Go to Account → Setting → Notification and make sure the notification switch is turned on.
(Tip: If you prefer not to receive alerts, you can also use the same path to turn off notifications.)
How do I create an account?
After downloading APP, User can sign up with email, Apple ID, or Google iD, One 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email inbox, Please check spam also to avoid missing the verification code
What should I do if I forgot to enable the required permissions when using the app and the app isn’t working?
Go to Account → Setting → Permission and enable the required permissions to ensure the app works properly.

A good tracker for my cat
I got the Molly&Cody Tracker T1 for my cat, and it’s been amazing so far. My cat loves to sneak outside, so having real-time GPS + Bluetooth tracking honestly gives me so much peace of mind. The tracker is super lightweight, and she doesn’t seem bothered by it at all.The virtual fence feature works great, I get an alert right away if she steps outside the area I set. The battery life is also really impressive. The wellness tracking is a cool extra feature too. I didn’t expect to use it, but now I actually check it pretty often to see her activity levels.Overall, if you have a cat that likes to explore, this tracker is totally worth it. Really happy with this purchase!

Works well, poor battery life
Works well, my husky is an escape artist and runs off from time to time. I’ve had this product for about a week now and it’s able to pinpoint my dogs exact location outside (doesn’t work inside as we have a steel roof). The battery life claims to last up to 60 days but It’s died twice since I’ve had it (needs charged every 3-4 days). It works well though, definitely worth the money for a value tracker if you don’t mind charging it a couple times a week

App is terrible. Tracker doesn’t work even after multiple resets and email help. DON’T BUY.
First, the app is just terrible. It’s hard to navigate and not intuitive at all. But I could live with that if the tracker actually worked. Right out of the package, the wifi location was wrong (by over a mile). Sometimes I could get it back to showing the correct home location (with email help walking me through it since the app and help features were unhelpful). Sometimes the GPS signal tracked properly. But when the dog was taken out, and the tracker put on Live Mode (where it is supposed to ping the GPS), it put him a few miles away when he was in sight of the house. I turned it off and on again and it said he was at home, unmoving. Then moments later miles away (different spot from a few minutes prior). In other words, the GPS is crap and the tracker didn’t work.

Love this tracker! It was very simple to attach to the collar. Lightweight and comfortable for my cat. The precise location switching is fantastic, and I’m very happy with the Virtual Leash and waterproof design. I feel safe knowing exactly where my cat is.

Long battery life
this Molly&Cody tracker give me so much peace of mind. The GPS is accurate enough that I can see exactly where my dog is when she sneaks off in the yard, and the virtual fence alerts come through quickly on my phone. The app is easy to read and I like being able to check her activity level and daily walk time in one place. I especially love the Virtual Leash feature, which alerts me instantly if my dog leaves the set safe zone. The IP67 waterproof design is great — I don’t have to remove it when it rains or when my dog plays in water. It’s also lightweight and comfortable, so my dog doesn’t mind wearing it at all. The battery doesn’t quite reach the full 60 days for us, but even charging it every few weeks is very manageable.
