Perfect for wet food and short trips

Garbage
This product is utter garbage. The ice packs broken within a few uses as did the devices. The timers were not accurate and would go off at different times despite being set to the same amount of time.

Works as described. Did the trick in a pinch since I had to leave my cat alone overnight a few nights. Even though I could come home and change it luckily. Because the ice packs are really thin and they don’t last as long as I would like. If the ice packs were just a little thicker, it would be so much better. That said it did exactly what it was supposed to. My spoiled, cranky cat got one wet food today and one dry food. And for the price point, no real complaints.

Purrrfect
I got it because I do dog sitting and when I’m not home I can’t go back to feed my cat. So I set it up and super easy. I keep one open for the dry food and the other set so after she’s done eating. I set the timer for her next meal. I got home it was still cold the ice pack. Way better than those stupid automatic feeders with WiFi and app access. And the ice packs don’t melt the smell is fine. I love it.

Affordable, Ease of use and has saved my sleep!
My cats used to wake me up every morning at 4-5am for breakfast. I was losing sleep and getting frustrated. I tried a different timed feeding device it didn’t work. I saw these and gave it a try. I have slept soundly every night now until my alarm goes off. We have 3 cats so I bought two of these. I put wet food in every night before bed. Set the timer and they pop open at 430am and my cats don’t wake me up anymore. It’s been a life saver!!!

Good for overnight
Timer is quite the thing I dislike most is when the timer is at zero and the lid opens and stays open. I cannot find a way to keep it closed other than take the battery out and turn the timer wheel or tape it shut if only using one bin. Ice pack is very thin and I’m not confident the blue ice stays cold for very long and the food would be good in 48 hrs.

Broke after a month and a half
I purchased this product on September 15, to feed my cat at 4:30 in the morning so I can keep sleeping. It stopped working after a month and a half. I changed the battery and it didn’t help. I can hear the device ticking (yes, the ticking of the countdown clock is audible in the next room), but the dials do not count down on their own anymore. My cat wakes me up because the feeder isn’t opening. I have to manually turn the dial – the entire length of the countdown period that I’d set, meaning it isn’t even counting down at a reduced rate – to open the lid. Obviously this defeats the purpose of an auto feeder. It’s bad that I couldn’t trust this thing to feed my cat while I’m out of the house.I don’t intend to repurchase this device. Prior to it breaking, I had trouble setting it to go off at a precise time. For some reason there are six clicks between 8 and 4, rather than 4 clicks.I do like the two feeding trays that are easy to pop out and clean, so I will look for another device with that feature.p.s. The email address Amazon gave me to contact the company came back as undeliverable.

Reliable & super easy to use.
This is fantastic! I have an 18 yr old cat who will only eat small meals of wet food every few hours. Working 12 hrs days, this presented a problem with keeping her food fresh. This feeder is simple enough & is very reliable. It takes 1 AA battery and is very easy to set. The food dishes are generously sized to hold a large amount of food if needed & it comes with ice packs that fit perfectly underneath them in the feeder. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will probably be getting a back up.
