Very happy!
Works great! Easy to program. App is straightforward and easy to use. I love being able to manage how much my cats are eating. The battery life is great! One charge lasts around 100 days.

Just the right size and works well
Just right for our needs. Our 12-year-old cat needs to eat small portions several times a day of the larger, Royal Canin Dental cat food. We used another feeder for a few years, but it can’t handle the larger kibble. The Oneisall works fine, set up in minutes to wi-fi and dispenses just the right amount on the lowest setting. It took our cat just a few days to get used to it and now he is tuned in to the sound it makes. The outgoing recording isn’t very loud, but that’s ok — he hears it. I like that the food container is clear, and the machine doesn’t take up too much space. I have the smaller one. I recommend this as it is good value, not complicated, and works!

My Shepherd eats Purina One (irregular sized kibble, some bigger than the prescribed .7in max) BUT this was the one feeder I could find that even went up that large without it being massive and 4x the price. I don’t trust my mischievous boy not to possibly get in it while I’m gone (although the lid is on very solid) and I also only work overnight shifts M/W/F. The other days I prefer to feed him myself so I can add bone broth or wet food on top so I only wanted 1 meal in it at any given time. I didn’t want to pay for the “bigger dog” feeders that hold 40cups (which most I saw don’t even accommodate larger kibble just larger storage). I also don’t have WiFi at my apt so choices were limited there too. This feeder fits my needs perfectly—storage for 1 meal, big enough tray to eat from, allows larger kibble, no WiFi needed, half the price of the one even Walmart is selling, takes up very little space. I will say when I pour the food in I pluck out the pieces that are clearly too large, there’s very few and easy to spot in a single serving, takes me 30 seconds but might be tedious for others with larger bits. Only issue I’ve had is the recommended portion for 1 cup is “20”, I programmed back to back meals to add up to 20 (12 is the highest it will go in one meal) and had to program 1 backup meal maxed at 12 because there was still some kibble left after the “20 portion dispense”. Not a big deal to me with only 1 meal in there but for others you might have to play around to be sure. Otherwise works great easy to use and solid build. I’ll prop it up on a stool so he doesn’t have to bend so low. Added bonus he has to eat slower!

I definitely was worried about getting an automatic feeder and how much it would give and how difficult it could be to set up. Thankfully it’s easy to set up and even reset the whole program. I have it for my cat who i don’t want to go without eating for ten hours, so I just have it set to portion one and at 10 am and 1 pm. My cat definitely loves it too.

Perfect feeder – Perfect customer service
This is one of the best sellers on Amazon by a long shot. I had an issue with this product, which can happen to any item. In the original package, the seller/manufacturer asked to contact them instead of Amazon, so I did. I emailed them and withing a few hours I received a response for a video, so I emailed them back. By the next day they emailed me saying that they shipped another one to me and to dispose the original or donate it. I received the replacement in 2 days. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve seen in a long while. They made me feel important. In addition to this, I love their product. It makes feeding my cats easier and healthier! It’s like Pavlov’s cats when the food hits the metal dish. Super easy to set up. You have the option of using their app or using the knob and video screen on the feeder. When the power went out last night, the feeder continued to work because of the 99 hour battery.

Stopped Working After 3-4 Months BUT Customer Service Took Care Of Us!
This worked pretty well for about 3 months and then it started going offline. Most recently I had to delete and reinstall it… now it has a new name, will not stay online, and only stays on when plugged in. I cannot get in touch with the company so I hope they see the review and reach out. Until then I have to take an otherwise 4 star down to a 1 star.UPDATE: Customer service reached out from the review (I couldn’t find a way to get a hold of them initially) and sent us a new feeder that has been working perfectly. Thank you for the fast and effective support!

1. It does not come with batteries but amazon still puts battery warning sticker on the box. Go figure.2. Programming instructions are NOT i the box. In the small manual inuded there is aqr code that leads you to a website that has learn more button that leads you just to main website with tons of popups trying to score your personal data. Then you go to support section and the product is not even there! So no instructions available.

I was looking for a feeder that did not have an app and that dispenses small portion sizes. This fits the bill perfectly. It is easy to set and has been completely reliable. My kitten is only 5 months old so it’s really important that the portion size is small enough (5.5g) so I can easily increase her daily food intake while she is growing and there is not a big jump in calories when an additional portion is added. I thought a voice recorder would be good but she hears the motor turn and the food hit the stainless steel bowl. If you are looking for a feeder without an app, I highly recommend this one.
