Works well
Easy to set up. App is user friendly. 2 feedings equals a 1/4 cup. Great for doing small frequent feedings throughout the day. It is quiet and my cat launches to it when he hears the first piece of kibble drop into the bowl. It’s stainless steel and easy to remove for cleaning. Little weird installing an app not from the play store.

This works GREAT. My only complaint is that my cat now goes flying when he hears the food drop. LOL. Such a good product. Super accessible.

Cute & reliable
Set up was easy. Cleaning is easy as well. Unfortunately though, left the smell of dry cat food even after several cleans. Not so pleasant but serving its purpose. I didn’t like that the lid was not air tight, with a seal but there is a little compartment for a freshness packet. Set up/ scheduling in app was easy. Portion sizes were okay. There’s an option to feed whenever from app and on the device. Overall good product.

I originally bought one of these four years ago for my cat that needed to lose weight. It worked wonders as my husband and I were on weird shifts and didn’t have to worry about feeding our cat cause this fed her for us. Then we moved and when we moved it wouldn’t connect to our phone anymore. It would still go off at set times but I just could not access it anymore. I kept that one until we got our second cat. I then bought two new feeders. My husband and I have accumulated two more cats for a total of four cats and we have four of these things in our house now. They are wonderful. They go off at the same time and notify my phone within minutes that they were fed. They also notify me if one is jammed and needs help. Only thing I recommend with this product is name a feeder, write its name on the feeder and name it in the app with the same name. So if one is jammed and you have multiple like i do you know exactly which one it is. I’ve bought this product a total of five times and I’d buy it 60 more times. I love these things. And watching my cats race every time they hear them go off is absolutely comical.

Only Minor Complaints, So no real complaints
Perfect size, ease of use, and instructions were clear enough. App was confusing for only a moment, and that was more on me than the app. If anything, I wish the food tower had a sensor to notify you when it was empty as there was one morning when it ran its program and I’d forgotten to recently check to make sure there was ample food. Past that, no complaints with the feeder. No real complaints with the camera either. Just know that even when the motion detection sensitivity is turned down all the way, it will still alert to flying dust at night. I received many notices at when I had it in the basement for a while as the night vision illuminates the dust that is kicked up by the furnace.

You need one that works
I gave it three stars because the unit itself is beautiful. The whole setup of it is really nice it would have been very convenient. My problem with the one that I received is that I follow the instructions to the letter set the clock set the timer set the portion control hit the button and the clock would not count time so overnight it did not deliver the two portions and it never moves from the time that I set it at the night before. I dismantled it I took the batteries out I let it sit I tried to do it again set it up The clock time down for 1 minute and then it stopped again I tried to reset it three more times couldn’t get the clock to work so back it went. I am going to try and order another one because I really like the unit if I can get it to work it’ll be great and then I’ll come back and I will give it a better rating.Why did you pick this product vs others?:The reviews on this were really great and as I said above the unit itself is really a nice little unit mine just wet the bed.
