Great for dog kennel .
We use these under the fake plastic grass . The dog using the bathroom on the mats of fake grass and the pads absorb the urine. He is an elderly dog and is terrified to go outside. He is blind . But this is perfect for his area. Holds a load of urine. Not sure for humans which I am sure it was meant for. But can be used for animal pens under fake grass. Be sure to have aplastic or rubber bottomed pen. But 99 % of the time the pads hold all the urine. No messiness to clean up. Well besides the plastic mats of grass . We use a hose for that outside. Let dry in sun and good to go. Sorry I rambled. Great product for old animals as well as humans. Holds a lot and easy clean up. value is good as well. Will last you a long time. For animals I mean. Humans you change every day so you might go through it much faster. Not sure about adhesion?

Overall a good pad
My senior kitty is in end-stage kidney failure. She is 17 and has some arthritis along with it. Being in kidney failure, she drinks a lot of water all the time to flush her body. For the past few months, she hasn’t been making it in the box, so I got these pads to put around her litter box in case of accidents. They do a good job, but if she goes a lot quickly it will run off the edges, so I put it in a perfect silicone tray. They kind of stick together where they are folded which, at the end of the day changing pads a lot, becomes a pain. But the price is good, and they are a good size.

Best we’ve found so far!
Oh gosh, we’ve tried almost every potty pad out there and these are our favorites. I work with a wildlife rescue and we use these there too. They’re heavy duty enough so that they stay down well and then when an animal makes a number 1 or 2, it doesn’t leak all over or spill out. Honestly, we’ve had some tinkles on it that seemed like half a gallon of liquid (not literally) that still absorbed in the pad. The only thing to be mindful of is- when there is that much liquid absorbed into it, you want to change the pad quickly. We did have one animal make that massive tinkle and then walk on it and it caused the little squishy absorbent bead chemical makeup things to expose. Thankfully the animal didn’t eat it (that we know of), but something to be aware of. Other than that though, these are awesome. We have opossums and raccoons use them at the rescue and these pads actually hold up well to their sharp nails on their hands walking around on them
