Our family’s fur babies wear them!
Cute! Stayed on great! Quality, price and thickness were also great! I ordered 3 pairs for my three fur babies. I ordered a pink pair, size 2 for my 15 pound Yorkiepoo, a blue size 1 for my sr teacup schnauzer that is 6 pounds, and a size 2 red pair for my male morkiepoo that is 3 and 10 pounds.I also ordered a size 2 for a gift for my mother in-laws 10 pounds morkipoo and a size 8 for my daughter’s Rhodesian ridgeback. All fit great and keep paws protected. Great value!

Great little booties!
After going back and forth in sizing I settled on size 1 for my Maltese’s tiny paws. The boots are easy to put on and pretty much stay on for the duration of our walk (1 mile +/-). He sits patiently while I put them on him, gives a little flick of a hind leg and off he goes! The shoes do make a “clopping” sound when he walks, but goes away as he walks I guess because they’ve adjusted to his gait? He actually did not need an adjustment period for wearing the boots and appears quite comfortable. Aside from looking so darn cute his paws now stay clean, too!I wish the fleece lining was a little thicker for our occasional single digit temperatures or teens/20°s.

Glad I didn’t give up on these booties
I’ve used these booties for about a year now. Of you had asked me last winter to write a review for them I would have rated them negatively because my dog was always able to kick them off very easily, especially on the back paws. I thought about throwing them away but I kept them just in case. Then this year when we got significant snow I could not get my dog to poop because the combination of the salt and the cold snow would cause her so much pain she would refuse to walk anymore. Out of desperation I tried these booties again.What I found after much trial and error is that they DO stay on but you have to put them on just right. You really need to make sure her paws are ALL THE WAY in the bootie, like claws right at the tip. Because of the rubber sole it’s deceptive, you think her paws might be all the way in there but they’re actually not. On my dog that extra claw thing on the back of her leg (I don’t know what it’s called) is actually IN the bootie, that’s how far up her paw they reach when they are on properly. What I do is once she’s standing up in the booties I’ll give them a little pull up to make sure they’re really all the way on. The other thing is that the Velcro is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to keeping the booties on. Don’t be shy about it. Tighten that Velcro as much as you possibly can.Ever since I’ve figured out how to get them on they’ve been a godsend. I can actually get her to walk in the snow now, and she actually even seems to enjoy herself out there. She does slip a little on slippery ice but it’s no big deal. After all, I do too.My only complaint with them now is that they do get soaked pretty easily. The fabric parts of the bootie are not water resistant and so by the time we get back inside the booties are always completely saturated. But in my mind that’s a small trade-off for what I get out of them.In conclusion, good booties, bad learning curve.P.S. They also make her sound like she’s wearing high heels when she’s walking which is very cute

These run small
We have a mini labradoodle weighing 15 lbs. We measured and remeasured. We finally determined a size 4 would fit. When they arrived, we tried to get them on her paws. Unfortunately, they were too small. I have ordered one size larger because I liked how they opened wide to accommodate her foot. I also liked the securing strap. However, the bottom of the boot did not fit her paw. It was cramped and she whimpered – we removed it.

Accurate sizing and well made
These appeared to be very well made, durable and would provided excellent protection in the snow. However, I had to return them as they were too difficult to put on my pooch. I think others would find them worth the try for a more compliant pooch.

Great so far!
We just received these boots today, so this is a preliminary review, and have earned 5 stars in my opinion for all categories at this time. I will update after further more intensive use.Pros:- Easy to put on- Sizing was easy when done as instructed and the size I order fit great!- Included instructions where a great guide. We didn’t completely follow them as my Maltipoo has worn traction socks before, so he knows how to handle light footwear, but he learned to just heavy step and kick back to knock them right off. He did try this trick with these boots, but was unsuccessful (much to his surprise!). We did praise him and give plenty of treats, as boots are a different feel than socks, so he did need a little motivation to feel confident.- The adjustable strap is nice to tighten the boot to keep it on.- The zipper is a nice touch for easy on and off (he has long hair, so we didn’t have the usual trouble trying to stuff his paws in like with socks)- Better tricks overall on carpet and great traction on the laminate floors. My Maltipoo was pleasntly surprised by this! He hopped higher on carpet and was more confident on the slicker surfaces.- Not bulky like the other style we got from this brand for our larger dog. I may try to get these for my Border Collie as well if the other style doesn’t work out.Cons:- Most dogs have larger front paws than back paws and these are the same size, so this may cause you to need two different sizes to get the perfect fit on front and back paws. This applies to I believe all dog boots out there, so it isn’t just a con for these boots.Sizing:My Maltipoo is 15lbs and took a size 2. I was torn on sizing, and almost went with size 3, per size guide (he was in between sizes), but I am glad I didn’t. They fit like a glove on the front paws (maybe a tad snug, but nothing a due nail trim won’t fix), but are a bit loose on the back paws, and I will have to see how they hold up/stay on with heavy outdoor use. If I had gone with a size 3 they would have been ok on the front paws, but possibly way too large on the back paws. I almost considered a size 1 for a second, but clearly that would be way too small for the front paws, but possibly perfect for the back paws.We have only introduced these to him and to get comfortable with them on, so they have only been used inside. They withstood running on carpet and the kick offs he attempted where traction socks would just slide/fly right off easily. When we try these outside and after longer usage I will update my rating/feedback.I hope this helps someone!

I have had a nightmare trying to find boots for my female 12.5year old French Bulldog (12.5kg(, as sadly she has a brain tumour and is dragging her front paws – severely damaging her nails. Frenchies have wide feet, but they are very short, and they also tend to splay their toes when walking, making them even more awkward.I ordered two other brands, without success and resulting in returns. I then found these boots.I ordered Qumy Small dog Size 5, then Medium Dog size 3 (after consulting with the seller) but these were both like paddles, and Missy kept tripping over them and falling.I loved the Small Dog style, quality and design though, so I decided to risk one more order after all the help the seller gave.I ordered the Small Dog Size 4. They are a snug fit, and I’ve even got our vet to check them on Missy to make sure they’re not too small. Vet advised that they are fine, and Missy walks great in them. They are allowing her front nails to recover already, so I’m very pleased.When the purple ones are available in Size 4, I will be ordering more.I would recommend both these boots and this seller, without hesitation.

It took a few tries for my dog to feel comfortable with the new boots, but she got used to them quickly. It is easy to get them on her feet and take her out for her business in the morning and her feet stay dry and clean. We can even throw the ball and she can run for a long time without the boots falling off as long as you tie them tightly enough. The only problem is One strap broke after about a year of use. Since each boot has two straps, they still work.

I think the dbl velcro straps make it harder for these boots to be kicked off or to get buried in a snowdrift.
