Good product des not tangle
Even though I was hoping the cord might be a Little wider, it really does work. It rarely tangles. Now even though I have a dog that’s under 50 lb. I got the 50 lb plus. The product works really well. It locks well. I like the retractability of it, the length is good. It’s light and easy. I would highly recommend this. I went through two others and this one has been the best. I had to return the other two.

I like it
I like it. Our dog loves it. Very smooth operation. The stop switch grabs the line immediately and firmly and I do not feel that the mechanism is too weak and may break when I suddenly stop it. The line can twist as I retract it but with a little shake it works just fine. This seems well made and we are happy with it.

This is a wonderful leash. We had one incident with it, but it performed admirably. I had to exchange it for a new one. Thanks to the seller for handling the exchange so smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Nice weight and operates well
The leash is fine for waking in a controlled situation. The tape gets twisted occasionally and doesn’t always retract but a slight pull straightened it out easily. It is lighter weight and fine for a medium sized pet and a normal walk. I have had no problems with this leash but I rely on the heavier versions where the full 26 feet is used.

Great product but the 16 ft length isn’t as long as you’d think so next time I’ll get a 26 foot length but that’s a me issue, not a product issue. Great product!

Very disappointed.
We adopted a 1 yo Corgi rescue a month ago. She is strong and tugs on her leash. I was hopeful the retractable, “heavy duty” nylon, designed to handle up to 66 lbs, would be durable enough to handle my 35 lb dog. I’ve had the leash 3 days and it’s already torn where the leash connects to the handle. I didn’t see how it happened, but it appears the leash is catching at the point it retracts into the handle. I tried melting the nylon to prevent further tearing, but that made things worse. So I’m going to cut of the torn part and try to stitch the leash back together. Giving 3 stars because the handle is comfortable, the leash retracts and returns smoothly once used a few times. Just don’t recommend for strong tuggers.

Good Leash
This leash works good. My Westie weighs 20lbs, but he is a beast! It holds him fine. It is easy to lock & seems to be durable.
