worked great for two years. my internet password changed and it no longer is dispensing food. I tried resetting and re-adding the device in the visitor app but it will not recognize it.also note–this was $70 in December of 2022 and is now $124 in November 2023

Works Great, Saves the Day
My dog thinks she must each at 4:30 AM and 4:30 PM. She wakes me every morning. At least she used to wake me every morning. Now she just runs out to the Pet Genius for her feeding. Since she is quite the pig, eating quickly, I have her meal doled out over three minutes. This paces her a bit. I first put the Pet Genius up on the 5K wireless, but then noticed that it wants 2.4 KHz so I moved it to our guest wireless. With all this technical manipulation, I still managed – very easy operation. My phone controls the feeding amount and time and auto schedule.

I was as happy as a 5 year old on Xmas day….till I went to try and connect the darn thing to my wifi. It only takes 2.4 GHz….which is garbage. I had to install an old wifi 😑 that had the ability to show up in the 2.4 GHz and it STILL WOULDNT CONNECT. Heck…the feeder NEVER went into paring mode! It just kept beeping…..the app is garbage as well. Total waste of money. I bought mines at petsmart. Overpriced. And going to be returned as soon as I come back from my extended weekend away. 🙄

I have the most up to dat wifi at 1k plus bandwidth from comcast, all the new netgear router that looks like darth vador fighter lol and router. I have 2.4ghz and like the previous review wont connect and drove me nuts for an hour. Returning this cheapo to get a better quality feeder by petlibro.
