How to activate the dog ball?

Long press to turn on the ball, then simply tap the ball firmly or let it drop onto surfaces – the touch-sensitive interactive dog ball will automatically start rolling with lights!

Why won’t my ball move after turning on?

Ensure the shell is fully twisted clockwise until snug (prevents access to internal components). The bite-resistant design requires secure closure to activate the motor.

My dog only bites it – how to engage properly?

Use training guide! Teach “nose-nudge games”:

Step 1: Hold treats near ball → reward nose touches

Step 2: Roll ball 1ft → reward chasing (not biting)
