Fountain Was Loved by My Cat
11/17/20 Update- Vindox finally got back to me and will be sending me a new fountain. The customer service rep was very helpful and apologized for the delay in having someone respond to me.8/19/20 Update- Fountain pump stopped after a week. I’ve contacted Vindox service and have gotten no response. Piece of junk!I was pleasantly surprised how well this turned out. Easy to assemble and my cat loves it. I didn’t realize I had a bougie cat who only had to have water from a faucet. Hahaha. The only thing I’ll add is it gets kind of gross in the water tank after a day or two, so you have to keep washing it out. Even with the filter, this is not something you can just set and forget for like a week.

When this first showed up, I didn’t like it. The dogs and I stared at it and went “What the Heck?” I didn’t like the flower spout, nor the tulips spout… finally took them both off and just let it gush up into the top tray. That made all the difference to me and my dogs… not that I’m drinking from it.. but it just looks like it works better. My two little dogs are drinking a lot of water now… and my larger one is sneaking drinks from it too now. It goes about 2-3 days with all of them drinking. I just pour more water into the tray to keep it filled up, wash it about every five or six days and I’m good to go. I really like this fountain better than others. It’s just the right size and it’s super easy to pick up and wash. The top just lifts off, the parts are easy to clean… the others have been from downright torture to wash, to just a mess. This one is simple and easy to clean. You have complete access and you don’t need to buy cleaning brushes as there are no nooks and crannies. Simple operation. The red warning light, however, is a bust on this one. I let it go bone dry and the red light never came on. I still like it… and, in fact, I’ve put it on my Christmas list for some doggie owners among my family and friends.

Great fountain in so many ways but two complaints. It’s not something you want where the light will go into a bedroom, like a masterbath. It is sooo bright at night it makes sleeping difficult. Also it’s a bit difficult to tell how much water it needs, especially when pouring water in. You must pour slowly too, or most will go over the side.Otherwise, a great fountain.

This pet fountain was a great investment I highly recommend it for my Pets health. I have a Persian cat and a Pomeranian dog and they share the fountain and honestly they both drink so much more water when using the fountain. Absolutely imperative in aiding in a GOOD HEALTH Diet for my Pets! I just purchased this one A month ago but before that I had a very similar Fountain designed by the same manufacturer. This upgraded design is a nice improvement with the LED light, extra filter in front of the pump and stainless steel top that makes it much easier to clean because it is scratch resistant; as opposed to a plastic top. And it uses a USB cord (and AC adapter for the wall)) instead of a plug with a big black box. The first Fountain I purchased lasted for over two years and this new fountain as well is a wonderful investment it keeps the water super clean! I change the filter every two weeks since it is shared by my cat and dog…

The product is slightly misleading. In the preview picture, it shows 3 filters and a cleaning pipe, where the cleaning pipe was absent and only included 2 filters.In addition, when assembled as pictured, the Yellow flower attachement does not reach the pump and therefor the water doesn’t flow through it.When used with the white flower it works great, and everything assembles appropriately, but i figured this would be a fair warning to anyone checking this product.

My kitties love this fountain!
I have 3 cats. They looked at it for a couple days i think wondering if they were aloud to to drink from it. I thought it wasn’t going to work out but less than a week later I know they all love it! great product. keeps water fresh and cold. I highly recommend this product. Worth the money for sure. I like the night lite too. I do wish it came with a mat to put under it.

I have 3 cats ranging in age from 4 months, 2 years old and 12. The kitten loves it. Used it first and drinks out of the falling water and also uses her paw and plays in it a bit. The oldest was next to use it and finally my 2 year old cat started using it. We have it in the living room. The blue light is a nice nightlight and the little bit of water noise is comforting. It comes with extra filters and another flower attachment. The water level feature is a total plus so we can see when we need to fill it. I would buy this again even for a gift for a friend who adopts a cat/kitten.
