Great toy. Excellent charge life on the battery. Love the color selection j to make things more interesting. I added cat nip inside the bag and started a freakin frenzy so I dont really recommend that part lmao. But the kitties (ages 3 months -6 yrs) love it

Unexpectedly great, even for my scaredy cat
I generally expect most cat toys to underwhelm. For some reason, cat toys are oft really unsafe- with feathers and tiny pieces breaking off that may choke or wires that can seriously injure. My cat chews on EVERYTHING and maybe because she was feral not long ago, but also tries to eat EVERYTHING. I can’t let her near cardboard because she won’t just chew, she’ll swallow. Even when I find a safe toy that I don’t have to alter for safety, it’s oft either completely ignored, scares her, or breaks quickly.So I didn’t expect much but needed to try SOMETHING because she’s still young and wants to play most of day but I can’t be waving a wand or string all day, nor can I CONSTANTLY toss her fave toys in the world: pony tail holders & ping pong balls. So I gave this a shot but expected it to work poorly at best, scare her at worst, (even a vibrating toy mouse or floppy fish give her a fright.)Was sure I’d be returning, but lo! I set on floor, put the ball in, and she played for an hour! Such a relief! I now have time to relax. I haven’t used it a lot so can’t speak to longevity, but things I like are that it came charged so I only had to turn it on and also seems to hold a charge well. Again, haven’t used it a lot but it didn’t shut down after 15-20 mins which I expect most automated things to do, and was still working hours later after I set on interactive mode.Will say it’s not quiet—a quiet mode would make it perfect, but it keeps her interested so can’t complain. And the occasional “chirp” it makes seems to pique her interest more, so that part is good. The whirring’s a bit annoying but no deal breaker.If useful, I’d suggest one with no lights or noise at all if possible. The movement under cover thing in itself is, as most cat parents know, pretty hard to resist for cats, (mine attacks my feet under blanket if I move them at all). And though my timid cat wasn’t scared of the noise/light, a more timid cat may be so it’d be worth it to have one without that stuff, as I think it’d be tempting enough for most cats just to see something moving under cover.That said, my cat gets very nervous abt most toys and she LOVES this so far and it gives me time to myself without guilt. Soif you’re if need of a similar trick, I’d give this a try!Update: Have had this for months. I often set on interactive mode in morn and it is still running that night and often the next day. She still likes it a lot and interactive mode means it doesn’t whir unless she plays with it. Has held up so far.:)

Cat likes it OK
My cat likes it OK. Has more enjoyment following the ball on the floor rather than in the mat itself. Mat is large for the size of ball. The quality of the item is good however the charge does not last long on the ball. Hindsight finding it a little overpriced for the enjoyment my cat is getting out of it. I am sure others are finding it to be fun and stimulating for their pet.

Cats love it
My 4 cats love this toy. I’m always trying to change up their toys to keep them engaged in new activities. I’ve had other toys with things hiding under them but this one makes me the happiest with the cats interest and keeping it charged. The ball stays inside because the “mat” is kind of like a mattress cover that is sewn all the way around except in one small part where you insert the ball. It closes with Velcro and stays closed even when the ball rolls all around that side. The fabric it’s mad e of is a plastic vinyl type but thin and light so it has a sort of crunchy sound for the cats when they pounce on it. It lasts on one charge all day for me. With 4 cats it gets turned on pretty frequently when they nudge it. It runs around then for a while after they stop messing with it. Good purchase for us.

Hands down the best cat toy I have ever purchased
Takes five seconds to set up, comes charged – all three cats were IMMEDIATELY obsessed with it. They spend more time watching it than attacking it so far, but it’s been forty-five minutes and they are all still being entertained by it, so this is by far the best value for money I have ever gotten in a cat toy.edit: It’s been THREE WEEKS and they are still interested in this thing. Wow. That’s a new record.

Pretty cool idea
My cats get plenty of stimulation being outside much of the day/night. But they do enjoy this activity for short stints, particularly the crinkly sound of the “bag”. Very interesting idea that somebody came up with.

Quality product and nice variety of movements
I thought this would be perfect for my current foster cat who LOVES playing “stick moving under a sheet of paper”. He also has enjoyed an interactive ball that is rechargeable, but seems to be getting bored with it, so I’ll put it away for a while.Unfortunately he’s not as engaged with this as I’d hoped. He played for about 10 minutes – trying to find the ball UNDER the mat. This was loads of fun to watch, but then he got bored. I put it away for a bit and get it out from time to time and sometimes he’ll chase for a few minutes. Maybe the other interactive ball is too similar and he’s tired of all that for now. Or quite likely he prefers his human to play with him.I do think this is a quality product. The cover seems durable even with his sharp claws and teeth it likely would last a while. The choices in speed of the ball is nice and I like how it does different shakes. I hope he becomes re-interested in this again at some point. But it’s a keeper for my future foster cats to try out as well. I think at this price it was definitely worth the try.

Fun for cats of all ages
Very cute toy. My youngest (10 months) & oldest (15) love it. It really kept them both moving. It does end up way on the other side of the room But, my youngest does resemble a batter sliding into home during playtime. It can stand-up to larger cats way on down to the tiny kittens.My foster kittens definitely loved it. Will have to purchase more for the many other cats in my life!
