Why won’t my ball move after turning on?
Ensure the shell is fully twisted clockwise until snug (prevents access to internal components). The bite-resistant design requires secure closure to activate the motor.

Use training guide! Teach “nose-nudge games”:
Step 1: Hold treats near ball → reward nose touches
Step 2: Roll ball 1ft → reward chasing (not biting)

Great quality! Easy to use
This is a great toy for my dog. It comes in multiple colors and is very easy to charge with the included USB cable. The texture is smooth with ridges, and it is bouncy and flexible. There is no unpleasant smell, and the noise level is low. It is clearly made with good quality material.

My puppy has been sleeping so well since we received the new ball!
Wow! This ball wears out my pup. It keeps her active and entertained for hours. The movements are unpredictable and fun which sparks her natural desire to chase and play. The ball is sturdy and has great battery life. My puppy has been sleeping so well since we received the new ball!

Dog loves ot
My dog LOVES this! The only thing I’m not thrilled is that you have to open it to turn it on, the instructions could be better because you can’t tell from the diagram exactly where the on button is. It appears that it is the raised thing in the center, but it is one of the flat contacts at the base of it. And I can’t tell any difference between pushing one or the other. But it is TONS of fun watching the dog play with it.

Dogs had fun but poor quality
We charged the ball one time and dogs have loved playing with it. However we went to turn it on the other day and the charging port fell out and is not fixable.

Great concept but defective battery
First charge was short just long enough to fascinate dog who was not impressed when light and motion was lost. Although insert continues to seem charged (light from red to green) wouldn’t turn on at all after first day. Cheap plastic control switch could be at fault, but battery red even when just popping in and out of ball because not working.

Best for curving boredom
I have an aggressive chewer, well I have 2 aggressive chewers. My 85 pound boxer has been chewing this toy for days and has not penetrated it yet. Both boxers love the toy as it restarts when they interact with it and has provided them with positive interaction throughout the day and curved their boredom.
