How did I live without this??
We have a house full of cats so keeping them hydrated is a major concern. We needed a new one for the bedroom and decided to upgrade from our previous plastic to this one. The plastic one had become hard to clean with hard water buildup crusting the surfaces. I got this, hoping the stainless steel would be easier to clean.It exceeded all my expectations. First, this simply feels high quality. All the pieces are beautifully made and fit together perfectly. Second, it’s silent. No gurgling, no splashing, just silence. Third, it is as easy to clean as I’d hoped. Love it.I also love that there’s a small pool of water on top. It’s not much but means if there’s ever a power outage or my cats somehow pull the cord from the wall they’ll still have access to some water until I’m home and able to fix it.Great fountain and I highly recommend it to all cat owners.

Very good fountain
So much better than the plastic fountain I used to have. It was always gross. This is stainless steel and stays clean. It’s also easy to maintain and add water. It’s also very quiet. My cat seems to enjoy the fresh water from this fountain.

Actually amazing
This is THE BEST cat fountain 💚My cats get excited about water thanks to this thing. I mean EXCITED, as if I were giving them wet food or treats, but it’s water 🤣It’s truly easy to clean and change the filters (the filters work so well, too – never anything slimy or funky anywhere whatsoever). Easy to fill; just add water to the top. I’ve had it about it 2 years now with no issues and it was even a lot cheaper than many similar ones. I love it, my cats love it; nothing not to love here.

Great while it lasted……
This product is easy to clean if you stay on top of it. All the moving parts get slimy within a few days and then before you know it, you can’t keep it clean. I bought this product is March and the fountain went out randomly one day. Nothing I did would help get it going again. The light comes on but no water will flow. It was great while it lasted because it was very quiet and easy cleaning. The fact that it was stainless steel material helped keep it cleaner longer.

Super quiet
I made sure to spend time with my cats while they explored it the first time. This important to ensure they have a good first impression and feel safe with it. It made almost no noise. No water trickling sound, just an extremely soft hum that you have to lean into to hear. After the good introduction, they started using right away.

Fountain is 5-stars, but filter is bad
The fountain itself works great and the cats like it, when NOT using the filter. It’s offers them 3 ways to drink and is a pretty easy to clean setup. Much better than the Drinkwell Platinum we moved from. It’s very quiet. If you hear a water noise, it’s because it’s low and needs to be filled. Also, easy to assemble and dissemble for cleaning. The pump is self contained and may present its own cleaning challenge over time, but will report back if so. Intend to run it in bleach water briefly to throughly clean it while doing the rest of the fountain.However, the filter adds a taste to the water they won’t drink, and the filter design doesn’t even force water through it. They’re little bags that sit in a plastic shell (so the replacements including the shell instead of just the bags is hugely wasteful and pointless, as the shell can be opened — see pics from other reviews) that contain charcoal and resin (?). Water takes the easiest path and that’s around those little bags… I figured it’s worth trying as enough water exposure may still benefit the water taste over time, but after a few days, the cats stopped drinking from the fountain. They’d go up to it like they wanted to drink from it, sit there for a bit like they were going to try to drink, and eventually leave. Eventually, I tasted the water and realized it had an odd taste.We use natural spring water from the store in the fountain, to eliminate any questionable tap/well water flavors, as we found with another cat that was able to detect water issues we could not taste.I thoroughly re-cleaned the fountain and pulled the filter. Added new spring water. And waited… and waited. It took them a good 2 days to start drinking from it again. That’s how put off they were by whatever the filters added to the water. We’d put small bowls of still water out to get them to drink something, which helped, but it took pulling those and waiting for them to finally re-try the fountain. After they did, it’s been great. Just don’t use the filters.To the sellers credit, I’d purchased the version with the filter pack figuring I’d be using them. I reached out and explained the situation and they refunded the filter pack. They stand behind the product, so while I’d pull a star for the filter design and performance, I’m adding one back for support.I ran the drinkwell (plastic) without filters for the longest time also, as they seemed to reduce the amount of time between cleanings, causing the ‘slime’ to build up faster than without the filter. Being that this fountain is mainly stainless steel, I feel it should be an even better situation. I’ll be cleaning it for the first time after extended use soon and will report back if there are any issues.

Good Pet Fountain with a seller that backs the product
The fountain has been great. It is super quiet and the cats really seem to like the flowering water. We did have an issue were the pump suddenly stopped working (this was after 18 months). I was disappointed initially as I expected it to last longer. However, I reached out to the seller and once I confirmed the pump type with them, they promptly sent a replacement pump. Excellent service. Overall it’s a great price and a good product with actual support behind it@

My cats adore this Fountain more so than the plastic ones!Comes with lots of filters and is easy to cleanHas a sticker on the back with a 2 year pump warranty which I think is amazing but not only that you can contact them for more free filters!It is robust and does not leak and is quiet when running And I love the design. I haven’t experienced much limescale build up as I have with plastic onesIt’s easy to put together as is cleaning and changing filtersI found these pet fountains to be cheap to purchase BUT a bit like printers the filters has been so costly to replace! So I used to just buy a new one instead as the limescale build up was an issue with plasticHowever this one holds plenty of water made of stainless still, plenty of filters and you can apply for more free! And a 2 year pump warranty what is there not to like?I am very happy with my purchase and was easy to contact them and they replied in quick timeI have had my water fountain for 5 months and noted that the cats use this more than the previous ones I have owned and that’s quite a few!

Après plus d’un an d’utilisation, je suis totalement convaincu par cette fontaine à eau en inox. L’installation est un jeu d’enfant : en moins de cinq minutes, tout est en place. Il suffit de rincer le filtre, de le positionner, de remplir le réservoir d’eau et de brancher la fontaine. Simple et rapide !Par rapport à mon ancienne fontaine (en plastique), celle-ci est un vrai bond en avant. La conception en inox est non seulement plus hygiénique, mais aussi bien plus durable et facile à entretenir. Mon ancien modèle avait fini par se détériorer à cause du contact constant avec l’eau, ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas ici.Mon chat l’a adoptée immédiatement. L’eau coule doucement à travers un petit robinet, puis glisse sur une surface arrondie en demi-globe. Il peut boire directement au robinet, lécher la surface sur laquelle l’eau s’écoule ou même se servir sur la bordure extérieure où l’eau reste légèrement en surface. Aucun risque d’éclaboussures, le système est vraiment bien pensé.Un autre gros point fort de cette fontaine, c’est son silence de fonctionnement. La pompe est totalement inaudible, même lorsque le niveau d’eau est bas. C’est un contraste total avec mon ancienne fontaine qui devenait bruyante avec le temps.Le filtre inclus se remplace facilement (on peut en racheter séparément), et le hublot transparent permet de surveiller le niveau d’eau en un coup d’œil. Pratique et rassurant.Les plus :- Installation ultra simple et rapide- Conception en inox : hygiénique et durable- Design bien pensé, sans éclaboussures- Silencieuse, même avec peu d’eau- Hublot de contrôle du niveau

It shows how much water is in the container so you can never forget and so it prevents the pump from making noise when there is not enough water. Also it is really quite and cannot hear anything except the flow of water when the room is in total silence. Also so much more hygienic and easy to clean from calcium…

Before this fountain, we were using a plastic one. It was noisy. I bought this and it’s sometimes. It’s so quiet that it’s hard to tell if it’s working or not.
