It really works
The reason I rated this 5 stars is because I found my girl yesterday because of this device. she’s a Aussie doodle and has a mind of her own sometimes. She likes to explore and because we are living in the country and have good neighbors she is able to do just that. I get freaked out though when I don’t know where she is. She got lost a few weeks ago and was gone for 3 days. Three very long days. I never wanted to experience not having her with us again so I started looking for dog trackers. I read so many reviews and finally settled on this one. Didn’t I like the idea of having to pay for a subscription to use this, but my dog is not just a dog to me. She’s like my furry toddler. It is worth the money each month just to know she’s safe. It’s really not that expensive. If you pay for it monthly is about $10 a month. If you pay for it by the year, it’s even less. If you pay for two years in advance, it’s like $.25 a month. To me that’s not that much for peace of mind for my precious baby. Someone loved to review that said you had to pay for every feature, I don’t know what that’s all about but I don’t pay anything extra and I’ve used everything on here. I waste more than that on fountain drinks in a week. I had a little trouble getting it to connect, but the customer service helped me get connected and it’s working great. They didn’t answer when I first called, but I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes. I am very pleased with this tracker because it lets me know who my girl is visiting with. It also lets me know where she has been. It has a history button that shows you step-by-step each place she went to. When she’s not outside, I set it to either off or to update every two hours to save the battery life. We have been using this now for about three months, and I don’t know how I ever managed to live without this tracker as protective as I am over my girl. It actually does work. I bought the option with 4 months of free subscription so that I could see if it actually worked before I committed to buying more. I wish I had bought the year subscription. The only thing about it I wish was different was the battery life. If you leave it on constantly updating it last about two days. I have learned to manage this, though, as I said by turning it to off or every 2 hours. Even if I forget to change it back when she goes outside, I can still change it after she’s went outside and it will even let me look to see where she’s at right at that moment. It offers that option too for real time look up. I have no idea why it did not work out for some people. It has absolutely worked amazing for us. All I can say is if they have problems, they need to call Customer Service because they have been totally amazing. And even if they are busy and do not answer immediately whenever you call, they will call you right back and I’m not talking like hours later I’m talking minutes or seconds. They told me on the phone that a pet is a real live thing, part of people’s family that they know has to have immediate attention when I told them that I was surprised at how quickly they returned my call. This company has real people. It’s not just a company they’re trying to make money with. They really care.

Waste of time and money
We couldn’t activate the device due to we live in a rural area and they don’t use Verizon cell towers. Wish they would put that in their information. I feel like other people $50 wasted and time. I think I’ll just go back to tying a bell on my runner dog. It never failed. Never had a battery go bad and I always knew where he was.

Poor battery life, slow response time.
The unit does work, however, the battery life is exceptionally short. Even at lowest power settings it rarely lasts two days. Having to charge it every single day is cumbersome and it’s easy to forget to charge it, and then it’s useless when it powers off. Also, when it is operational, the response time is very slow, often it’s 15 minutes after the dog leaves the geo-fence location before a notification is sent, by then they’re long gone. Next time I would spend more money on a better unit.

Commitment to customers
Had issues contacting customer service. They listened to their customers! Researched the issue. Replaced their Telcom company. And it fixed their issues. It proves their commitment to customers. Amazing!This service provides quality tools providing peace of mind when you want to keep track of your furry family members.

Good value, good function, excellent service.
This is a great little device. It’s been working well and when it’s in WiFi mode (battery saver) the battery lasts for weeks. Customer service has been excellent. I left a message and got a call and email right away. They knew about the issue I had and said it would be fixed soon. As apology, they added a free month to our service.The main positives of this tracker are the price, very reasonable, especially with some of these costing several hundred dollars. The device is durable and small enough that our dog does not seem to notice wearing it. The collar attachment is secure and seems comfortable. The device connected quickly and seems very accurate. Charging does not take long and if you use a battery saver mode like WiFi or longer check in times, you can go weeks between charging. Fortunately we haven’t had an “escape” yet, but I feel like it will be super useful when (not if) the next one happens. The subscription is a good value, less expensive than most.

Stopped working after 1 1/2 months.
Easy to set up, seems comfortable to wear, worked well until yesterday when it stopped charging. I’ve had it on the charger for over 24 hours and it’s at 8%. I’ve cleaned the connections, changed cubes and outlets without success. Obviously, I’m disappointed at wasting my money on another gadget that doesn’t work.

Not accurate enough for my needs
This night item is not as accurate as suggestion in the ads. My dog could be beside me and it tells me it’s in the golf course next-door. The reason I got this is to keep him out of the golf course next-door. It doesn’t appear to work that way.

Highly recommend this unit and read the instructions
I had bought the larger unit I didn’t work I put a review online. I got a email from the company he said send me the information they would send me another one and they did and it was the smaller one and it’s working great it’s been two days and hasn’t died yet. Now you can’t run it on tracking the whole time but it stayed on. It was easy to charge. Thank you to the company. Have a blessed day.
