Telling all my friends about it!!! The best
My dog loves the companionship we provide. I share her with my brother, so we can both play with her when one ofo care for her. When she’s with me and I need to leave the house, my brother plays with her, and vice versa. Youme treats in it, making it a very nice companion robot. us isn’t able t can also put soit is a very nice companion robot.

Fun for cats but not reliable
Setting up this device was not the easiest process. You have to download the app and set up an account. The annoying part comes when connecting the device. Instead of just pushing a button or setting it up via the app, you have to “show” the device a QR code from your app and then hope it reads it correctly to get WiFi. This part was very laborious and took several tries. We finally got it to work, only to find out that we would get logged out of the app, and every time you go to use the device again, you have to pair it all over again, so it doesn’t retain the WiFi settings.When it is connected, it works very well – you can drive it around with the app, or let it randomly drive around to entertain the cats with a laser beam. We filled it with our cats’ favorite treats, which they loved. We can also chat with them via the microphone, which they found interesting.All of the great functions aside, what was really disappointing was one of the wheels ended up falling off within a couple days. No matter how many times or how we put the wheel back on, it just won’t stay on for long. Not sure if it was just a defective device or maybe there is a trick to reinstalling the wheel, but unfortunately it did not work out for us. The device is great as long as the parts stay functional.

Regret buying! Product only lasted a month. Battery stopped holding a charge. Tried multiple outlets. Cats didn’t like robot as much as I hoped while it did last. Waste of money

It turned my pug into a demon.
This robot is actually really cool, but beware if you have a pet that absolutely is obsessed with treats like my pug because once he found out the robot has treats he would not leave the poor robot alone. He just followed it around and pawing at it trying to get to drop more treats and would not let any of our other 3 dogs near his new treat dispensing robot friend. Unfortunately for some reason the videos will not upload right now but I will keep trying.Now the robot itself feels pretty well built and can take a bit of punishment if your dog likes to knock it around. No assembly required, just needs to be charged up with the included USB -C cord. Download the app and pair your phone to the robot easy peasy and let the fun begin. Video was nice and clear and you can record or take pictures from the robot. The robot is pretty easy to maneuver. Its your standard straight, back, left and right and you can operate it from your phone screen when the GL PETS app is open. There is also a built in mic if you want to freak your pets out and talk to them from the robot. Also the built in red laser is also pretty fun for the pets to chase around and the treat dispenser is really cool. Lift up the lid on the robot and you will find the rotating dispenser that you can add whatever you give your pet for treats. It actually holds a good quantity and you control dispensing the treat from the app. This robot would be great for pets that are left alone during the day while you are at work or school. it would give them some fun and stimulation for sure and you can check in on them whenever you want. Its also pretty quiet so you can discreetly roll up on your kids to see what they are up to as well. I’d definitely recommend this to any pet owner that wants to remotely interact with their beloved pets.

Love this product! Because it is great for pets! Not only is it easy to install, it also performs excellently in terms of functionality when in use. My favorite thing is that this robot can follow my pets around.The quality of this robot is great. Highly recommend!

don’t buy and expect much
this thing blows,it’s gutless and the wifi takes forever to sync,you can also only use huge treats that get wedged sideways 😒 this thing wasted my money but at least I got a couple cute videos with my cats

届いてすぐにネットワーク設定をしていたところ、なかなかうまく接続することができず、メーカーに問い合わせたところ、現在、こちらの製品のサーバーが原因でネットワーク接続が設定できない問題が生じているとのことです。せっかく購入したのに使用できないなんてびっくりです。今は購入を控えた方がいいと思います。
猫さえ居ればいい –
猫がめっちゃ遊んでくれるのは良い。ただ購入11ヶ月頃にタイヤが取れるようになった。取れるたびに付けて騙し騙し使ってた。そのうち面倒になってきて再度買おうと購入履歴見たら【保証期間1年】の文字が…時既に遅し。もっと早く見ておけば良かった。気づいたときは13ヶ月過ぎてた。私のバカ。タイヤが取れるだけだかや瞬間接着剤で付ければイケるかと思って付けたらタイヤが全く動かなくなった。私のバカ。

買って二ヶ月経ちます。レンズにひびが入ってしまい写りがかなり悪くなってしまいました。日本語でカスタマーサポートへメールをしたら少し遅れて返信がありました。修理の対応ができないためお詫びに新品を送ってくれるそうです。もう直せないと諦めていたので安心しました。仕事中家を長時間空けるので、休憩時間に犬2匹の様子を見て、おやつをあげる機械として重宝しています。
