Easy to use feeder
This feeder is easy to assemble, to fill and easy for my pets to use. The only thing I would recommend to change is the plexiglass on front should be optional. My cats aren’t really strong enough to push it open. My husband removed it. Highly recommend this feeder.

Great quality but need less spring on the hinges.
I would have given this 5 stars except that the spring hinge is too strong for a small dog. My Chihuahua is afraid of the spring so I have to prop the door open so he can eat. I’m going to have to replace the hinges with ones that don’t have a spring. I do like the the material is very study and it holds a good amount of food for a small dog. The outside is easy to clean but the inside is a little more difficult. You had to assemble the feeder but the instructions were very clear and easy to put together and the weight is manageable.

Excellent quality! Using for outdoor visitors. Keeps the rain from ruining the food, yet allows easy access for outdoor visitors to access!

Took him (Husky) a bit.
He finally got hungry enough to use it. Took a couple of days. I have to tilt it forward after he eats because the food does not go down to the door. That may just be a design flaw in the food though. LOL

Review of 15 pound pet gravity feeder
The feeder is sturdy and well made, but the directions are not very detailed. Without the diagram, assembly would be extremely difficult. Tip: coat the threaded holes with vaseline to tighten the the screws easily. I bought more than 1 feeder. The first one took 2 hours to assemble and many bad words without using the vaseline. The second was done in less than an hour using the vaseline, gamechanger.The door is not easy to open. The feeder would be improved by attaching the door with screws and nuts so it can be removed if your pet has problems with it.Overall, it’s a good product for a small pet if you can manage the assembly.

Great!
This a great feeder, but my dog will not push the door open with his nose to eat the food. (He is not a small breed; he is a 40+lbs Brittany Spaniel!) It did take a little time and extra set of hands to get it assembled. I tried to make the door easier for the dog to push open, but no luck. I recommend it for its sturdiness. I guess your dog needs to be stronger or hungrier than mine to use it.
