Very sturdy & durable
I bought this house to replace a different one that was collapsing in that my dogs had for over a year. I got the XXL. I have 2 lab mixes and a pitbull between 70-100lbs. They all fit. It is sturdy and was not hard to put together. It’s big. I have attached pictures to show my pit inside and outside to show its size. My chocolate lab mix, the biggest of the dogs, is also standing next to it for size. I put a comforter and another little blanket inside for cushion. The mat that comes with it is a nice soft faux fur but that’s all it is. There is no filling hence why it is a mat and not a bed. Overall I like it. I am debating on buying an XL size too.

My dog did not want to use it and I recommend to let it out for several days for the plastic smell. Otherwise, great construction and quality for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Nice indoor dog house
Cute little dog house. Our miniature dachshund loves this. We changed the furry pad in the house for a foam one. I wish the top lifted off so i could place Lulu’s blanket properly. Our little dog goes in and wraps up in her blanket to sleep. All in all a good product.

My Dogs Love It
I use this indoors. My dogs love having a place they can lie that feels “safe” to them. I know that some people use crates, and I am not against it. But I use this because I have two dogs and they can lie together without being cramped. Toss in their favorite blanket, and they smile when you pass. They love it so much that when they get a treat, they take it to their “house” and munch away. Sometimes, even the cat joins them. Very sturdy and doesn’t take up much space. Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. We love it!

No instructions
Came with zero instructions just a bunch of loose parts in a box and none of them labeled. Taking way too long to assemble because of the lack of instructions. Can’t find guide anywhere. Seems like it would be a great little house for my dog if I could get it together properly.

A well constructed pet house.
November 2025Looking to replace a smaller semi-covered cat bed that was 16″x16″x13″ with one that would actually provide complete cover and warmth in winter on our covered patio for our outdoor stray, I selected this cat/dog house. The item was delivered quickly; packaged well with all parts accounted for, is very well constructed and came with an thick, large pillow that I have covered with a towel. The roof is securely fastened to the sides with velcro.At first, the instructions were unclear on how to assemble the house as the numbers and alphabet didn’t correspond with one another (see image provided). I was going by logically Step 1, Step 2, etc., when I quickly realized I should instead follow the installation of the tubes (i.e., Instructions 1, 3, 4, 5, 2, 6).The material had a somewhat offensive odor so I aired it out before introducing it to my pet who proceeded to slip in an enjoy her comfortable new shelter.

Missing essential parts
For such an expensive item, you’d think it would come with all the pieces! Only when I was 90% done with building it did I realize it was missing two tubes, so not it’s structurally unstable. Good luck ordering this and hope you get all the pieces with your order.
