Perfect for cold and snow — my girl loves it!
The sizing on this is wonky, so be sure you consult the measurement chart. I never would have considered my 45 lb. Aussie Mix to need an XL. But the XL fits her perfectly. Aside from that, this is a high quality coat that keeps my girl warm and dry on snowy days. It is easy to get on, and she has zero objections to wearing it. The color is beautiful and as-pictured. I cannot comment on the built-in harness, since we always use a collar and leash.

Love this dog coat!
This is the best dog coat ever! My dog had a coat that had Velcro straps on his neck and chest. Sometimes, when he went through deep snow, the straps would come undone. I got him a coat with snaps to replace it. It stayed closed, but it was sort of awkward to get to the snaps down his chest. This coat has a zipper down the back, and let me tell you, it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread! It’s so quick and easy to get on! No more struggling to get his second arm through the the arm hole. I just lay the coat down on the floor and he steps into the arm holes. I lift the coat up and around him and zip it up. There are built in harness loops for you to hook a leash onto. I don’t know how strong they are, because I haven’t used them for that purpose. I use the latch that brings the “harness” together to hold the coat in place when I pull the coat up and around my dog’s body. Then, my hands are free to easily zip him up. The coat is nice and thick and warm. It is a soft fleece material on the inside, and a water repellent fabric on the outside. It comes up around my dog’s neck like a turtleneck, and goes all the way to his tail. His entire chest is covered unlike some coats, but it doesn’t go so far that it gets in the way of my boy getting things done (if you know what I mean). We’ve had some very cold and snowy weather, and this coat has kept my dog warm and dry. When he comes inside on really cold days, the outside of the coat will feel cold to the touch, but inside it’s toasty warm. It’s amazing! I love this coat, and my dog seems to like wearing it, too. It fits him well. It has elastic gathers across the chest, so it is flexible enough for him to run around and play comfortably. There is a reflective stripe around the neck for safety. As for the built in harness, I cannot honestly say how secure it is. I just use it when I get my dog into the coat. We have invisible fencing, so he’s just running around on his own without a leash. The loops for the harness are just sewn onto the coat, so if you have a strong puller, this might not work for your dog. I did order this coat and a similar one from another company at the same time. The prices were similar. The other coat had an actual harness attached that went all the way around the coat. I kept this coat because it was thicker, soft on the inside, and was flexible enough that my dog could do more than just walk stiff legged while wearing it. It’s the perfect coat for my dog. I would also like to add that there were lots of sizes to choose from when I ordered it. I find that a lot of places tend to cater to small dogs, and that their XL doesn’t fit a large dog. My 57 lb dog was too big for a lot of other sellers. The sizing chart was easy to use, and I got it right on the first try. I just can’t say enough about how happy I am that I ordered this coat! Oh…my boy looks great in it, too!

Excellent Coat
Best winter coat ever! Lola’s measurements always put her between sizes making us size up and then things still don’t fit right but we didn’t need to size up with this one and it fits perfect! She has enough room for a sweater or her dresses underneath and it really provides tummy coverage that some coats don’t cover. So she’s dry and warm! I was worried about the zipper but it is easy enough to use even for my elderly mother that has tremors and arthritis. The color is vibrant and fun!

Best fitting dog coat
Best dog coat!!! This is my second purchase of this item. I bought one for my rescue pittie and it worked so well my newest lab mix had to have one.It’s very easy to put on and take off. It covers more off their body than other brands and no sagging! It’s extremely warm and easily washed if needed. It’s perfect!If I had to say there was anything that might need to be changed, I would add a snap/button or Velcro at the neck line where the zipper stops as sometimes the zipper will try to come unzipped while we’re walking. I’m just going to add a little hook or snap there.

Nice and warm. Don’t know how tough it will be in the woods. He seemed comfortable and it was easy to put on him. Good visibility from the orange color.

I was unsure due to reviews and description on what size i should get, but overall I’m really glad I went with the medium instead of sizing up. My dog absolutely loves wearing her little jacket especially because it means no harness. The fit is absolutely perfect for her and her measurements lined up pretty closely to the medium(some were closer to size large). I’ll provide pictures later on, but she’s a medium sized terrier mix. Everything from the length and width for her perfectly and she looks friggin adorable ☺️. The material is nice quality and also lightweight enough that she can still run and be comfortable. Very easy to get on and warm enough for winter.

High quality, well insulated, but light weight winter coat!
I recently purchased this for my 72lb female Weimaraner in a XXL and it is a great quality jacket and helped her stay warm during her first snow experience.I purchased this because the it showed a Weimaraner in the description of the product and anyone else who has this breed or dogs with similar body frames knows how difficult it is to find something that fits their broad chest. What’s great about this coat is it’s lightweight but well insulated and with the zipper along the back and ability to tighten the neck area goes a long way.One suggestion I have though for the seller is it would be helpful to add recommended breeds and body weight by size in the description because I originally purchased a XL size and it was slightly too short at the bottom, but a perfect fit at her waist but when I got to zipping up at the chest is where it got too tight because her broad chest. The XXL is slightly loose on her but I’d rather her be comfortable than risk it ripping when she wears it. In addition, despite the XXL being looser on her body, when you get to the top of the zipper, it doesn’t stay up and it would be great if there was a hook and eye at the top to keep the zipper in place, which I may add myself later. As a quick fix I tightened the bungee cords on her neck and looped the straps over the opposite plastic rings to keep it in place and that worked.Overall, very happy with the product and quality and definitely recommend!

Possibly the best winter coat we’ve been able to use. Our boy is a senior, chunky, long hair dacshund. Did I mention he’s chunky?? Took the measurements, which I shall not divulge, and ordered it up. Great price on sale. Anyway it arrived on time and we were delighted at how well it fit. Seems to be well constructed. The zipper that runs from his tail to back of his head makes it so easy to get him in and out of it. The zipper itself is good quality and the jacket overall is well insulated. I’m going to buy another one as a spare because they are still on sale.

Awesome quality. Very warm. Good material and bright colors. I love that it zips up in the back. Makes it easier for my dog and myself. Only issue I found was the size runs a little small. But that’s a me problem. It was just a little tight around the chest for my pup. I just returned the smaller one in exchanged for a bigger one. Highly recommend this jacket

Der Mantel passt einwandfrei und macht qualitativ einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings wäre es sinnvoller gewesen, den schwarzen Bereich mit dem silbernen zu tauschen. Bei kleineren Hunden ist der Abstand Bauch – Untergrund nicht sehr groß und verschmutzt dehalb optisch viel schneller. Die Wasserdichtigkeit kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir noch keinem Dauerregen ausgesetzt waren.

I gave this product a 4 because I find the leg holes way to big for my fur baby. He takes a small the length of the jacket is perfect! I did have to sinch the back of the jacket because he is very streamlined 🙂 briad chest, but not around the belly. So I solved the problem sinching the underside of the jacket.The leg holes are large and his little legs come out of the holes once in a while, so I have to be careful they don’t come out when he is running, or he ends up a 3 legged pooch lol He’s a runner and jumper so the freedom is important for him so he can get his full excercise.We’ve tried numerous jackets for him and finally found this one was the best fit with a little adjusting.Recomendation for the designer…….make the legs holes smaller and sinch the back end so the jacket stays down on thier backs better! Thanks for what you brought to my babies life he’ll surely be nice and warm this winter.
