What is the Minimum and Maximum Size of the fence and the property Size for these collars ?
Minimum Fence Size required is ½ Acre in area (2000SQM). Maximum fence Size is up to 3,533 acres (1,430 hectares). Minimum Property size required is ¾ Acres. Not to be used for small properties.
Can Dogs roam freely between indoors and outdoors wearing these collars ?
Yes but you must only Create outdoor fences only and always allow minimum of 7 Meters (23FT) from any house wall before any fence line Starts.
How quick does the collar take to get Sky satellite GPS signals when dog goes outdoors and is the positioning accurate ?
When collar comes outside with a Clear view to the sky it will take approx. 1-2 Minutes to Lock Onto satellites and position itself with 3 Bars or more of signal. Positioning is very accurate, but always allow 2-5 Meters of Positioning Variance.
How Long does the Battery Run Time Last and how long does it take to Recharge ?
Battery run time with Constant GPS Positioning is about 30 Hours Depending on your Dogs usage. Always Recharge the collar every 24 hours and Recharge takes approx. 2-3 Hours at a time
Is this suitable for all Dog Breeds and is Dog Training required ?
Yes this collar will work for all dog Breeds with Neck Diameter size 6–25” (16–64cm). Dog Training is Vital to succuss and always train your dogs first (Refer to Manual). Training Flags and manual remote trainer are provided in your kit

Gps collar works!!
Works great, my babies haven’t wandered beyond the fence I set up. When they get close the beep turns them around and the return sends them back to the house. I had an issue with one of the collars and they responded back to me and are sending a replacement collar. I think it’s the best on the market!! I don’t even have to use the shock function.

Kindly Frustrating
I had high hopes for this collar set. Because of holiday stuff and the weather, I did not get to do a lot of testing with it until recently. About a year ago I purchased another collar from this same company for a dog we took in that someone abandoned in the neighborhood. He was roaming everywhere and sometimes far off. That collar does not use an app but uses a GPS point and a radius from that point. It has worked very well all these months except when he goes under the house. That is about the only time it loses signal. So, I thought this set would be great for my other dogs that stay in the pen. Two collars do come in this set which is great. It also has a manual remote for training or to use if needed when you are outside with the dogs. The remote can switch between the first and second collars and has the beep, vibrate and shock functions. You will probably end up having to use the remote more than you thought as it seems the other way is questionable. The collars and remote are durable and should hold up to water, playing and other things. They are also safe. The tips have silicone covers, but the static shock still works even with them on. Set up is frustrating. The app has to be downloaded first. The collars need to be connected. I noticed the collars disconnected more than once when using the app. The app is only to set up and test the fence because the collars store the information. The GPS found my phone quickly enough. I had to play around trying to set the fence. At first it was not obvious how to make the six-sided shape, so I did the circles. It has to be done for each collar, so you need to remember where you put the center dot and how many meters. It is even harder when you do the six-sided one as it is hard to copy it exactly. Anyway, the meters setting is on a slide bar. When you think it is set and take your finger off it may jump up 5, 10, 30 meters or go backwards the same amount. It was very aggravating. It would be much nicer if could just manually put the amount in. Once, I got that set I went to the testing phase without the dogs. The remote worked great. Very easy to use. The collars though were tricky. I noticed right away when I approached the edge, just barely into the trees, that one or both collars would lose signal. One time I was in the driveway next to some skinny pines, just a few of them, and the collars dropped the signal. It is bad too because it takes so long for them to catch the signal again. A bounding dog would be through that in a second and off to the races. I thought maybe something was interfering like my phone as I was trying to do it by myself, so I asked my dad to help me on another day. He carried the collars as I watched the app. Same results. We tried it with the app closed too and still had lots of dropped signals. I had even redrawn the lines (once I figured out the 6 sides) to where they were just about all in the open part of my property and it still didn’t do right. Even coming close to a tree seems to cause an issue. But, at one point I was right in the front yard, in the open, and they lost signal. It was mostly cloudy then but was sunny on the first try. I did not notice a lot of difference in the results. The battery life does seem to be good and the collars and remote charge well. So, they can be used manually with the remote but that is not why I got these. I already have other collars like that. I wanted this one to do like it says, and like my other dog’s collar, and let them roam freely on this part of the property without having to be constantly monitored. But, the way this is working I cannot trust it. I haven’t tried it on the dogs because of it being so inconsistent. I am going to try again and see if I can get all boundaries away from the edge but that is making the area smaller than I wanted it to be. Plus, I am not sure it will fix the problem. Right now, the value is not there at $350. If it worked correctly then the price would be decent. But, as a manual collar set, where I have to manually press the buttons, then I have purchased much cheaper ones that worked very well. I want this to work so I will keep trying but I am very disappointed and frustrated by this experience so far.

I really wanted this collar to work, but unfortunately, we put it on our pup and as soon as he hit the tree line, he could cross the boundary no problem. It wouldn’t catch up to him until after he stopped moving, but if you’re gonna use the collar just for training with the remote. It’s not bad. That’s the only reason I would give it any stars 🙁

Peace of mind for my 9.5# Carin Terrier
I love the how easy this is to set up. No wires to bury or heavy programing. It uses Google Maps to allow you to set the boundary where you want it. You can define boundaries of your fence by selecting either a circle (you set the center point and diameter) or a hexagon (you place six corners). I was surprised at how accurate the boundary seems to be. It was pretty much right where I put markers. I had Phoebe’s collar set to beep and vibrate (no shock). It let out a high pitched, long, beep when she was about 2 yards from the boundary. She backed off right away and I don’t think the collar vibrated. Set up was so quick and easy that I’ll plan to take this along on vacation to my son’s place in Florida. It would be nice if there was a way to save previous locations or setups. But redoing everything is not too tough.Phoebe is a smart, 9.5 pound Carin Terrier. She stops when I tell her to but this will bring some peace of mind when she’s out by herself on our rural property. We have 30 acres and I can set the fence so she can roam it all. I was concerned that the collar would be too big and bulky. It would be nice if it was smaller but it is really quite light and did not seem to bother her much at all. The one inch wide strap did adjust to a small enough setting and could even be made a little shorter. One collar is orange and the other is black so I choose to name them “orange” and “black” in the app to help keep them distinct. Both collars have reflective stripes. I removed the shock prongs from the collar to make it a little more comfortable.The two collars and the included remote arrived pretty much fully charged. Battery life is great and recharging is quick and easy via USB-C. The main screen on the collar shuts off after a few seconds and only a red LED flashes to indicate that the collar is powered up.
