Great product! Highly recommend!
I purchased this in November of ’24, and we love it!! It is so easy to clean, and I love that it is stainless steel and quiet! I actually made an Amazon influencer video highlighting all the best things about it. Best part, it’s so easy to put the lid right back on. You don’t have to align anything or mess with any latches… it just pops on and locks into place easily every time! So, if you’re thinking about this brand or this specific fountain bowl, get it! It’s well worth it! Get two! The cats love it :)ATTN PETLIBROAll that is above is absolutely true. However, last week my fountain stopped working. I have tried to troubleshoot and clean it on my own, but nothing works. The pump just stopped. Finally, a Pet Fountain That Doesn’t Make Me Regret Everything
I’ve bought more pet fountains than I’d like to admit, and most of them were loud, annoying, or impossible to clean. This one? Shockingly good. It’s so quiet I kept checking to make sure it was actually running. Set-up took about thirty seconds, and taking it apart to clean is just as painless. You can even get into the motor without feeling like you’re performing surgery—though they mysteriously didn’t include instructions for that part. At least the tray, reservoir, and the little motor-holder-cord-guide-thing all survive the dishwasher like champs.The water flow adjusts (finally), and the basin is big enough that I only refill it once a week for a small dog and a cat. Bonus: I can keep the water shallow enough that my cat doesn’t reenact “Splash Zone Live,” and my dog doesn’t walk away with a soaked beard like he just lost a drinking contest.Filters and foam rings don’t cost an arm and a leg, especially if you grab the off-brand ones. Just don’t skip the foam rings unless you want to sacrifice your motor to the chaos gods.Overall? Quiet, easy, surprisingly well thought out. I’m impressed. And I’m not easily impressed by pet fountains anymore.

Make Sure You Thoroughly, and I Mean THOROUGHLY Clean It
My cats love this thing. I’ve been good about cleaning it, or so I thought. If you don’t take the little motor apart and scrub the insides, eventually you’ll think the pump has broken and believe you have to buy a new one. Before you do that, make sure you really cleaned that little motor. The two sides come off AND the little propellor can come out too. It’s magnetic, though, so you’ll need a pointy knife or some needle nose pliers to get a grip on it. If it gets gunky, it won’t spin, and the pump won’t work. It’s wonderful, but just throwing the metal parts in the washer and swapping out the filter isn’t going to be enough.

Cats love it
I had previously purchased a water filtration fountain for my cats. I also purchased filters to go with the old fountain. Due to the fact that I have exceptionally hard water in my home the unit rusted and was unusable.It took me awhile to raise the money to purchase a new fountain and I found this unit online. The good news is the previous filters that I had purchased fit this fountain and it’s much easier to clean than the other fountain that I had.It is whisper quiet and the cats love it as I am able to adjust the height of the fountain. Now my cats don’t have to drink out of the bathroom faucet all the time. They can just drink out of their own fountain with the water running constantly.

Great stainless-steel water fountain, perfect for small pets
We bought one of the automatic feeders from Petlibro and really liked it, so we decided to try their water fountain as well. We specifically wanted a stainless-steel option because every plastic waterer we’ve owned gets gross way too fast. This one seemed to fit the bill.The design is clean and shiny, and it feels very durable. The fountain keeps the water circulating nicely, and it holds enough that it doesn’t feel like a constant chore to refill. It’s been about a month and I haven’t had to top it off yet, but I only have one cat using it, so your mileage may vary depending on how many are drinking from it.I also appreciate that it came with extra filters. Tracking down replacement filters for other brands can be annoying, so it’s convenient that we can just buy more from the Petlibro store on Amazon when needed.The only minor downside, if you’d even call it one, is that the top bowl isn’t very deep. It works perfectly fine for my cat, and it might even be intentional to keep the water level lower, but personally I kind of wish it were just a bit deeper. That’s more of a picky preference than a real issue though.Overall, I highly recommend this fountain if you need a waterer for a small cat or dog. It’s definitely too small for larger pets, but for small animals it’s a great stainless-steel option that stays clean and works well.

Very good fountain
This is my favorite cat fountain, currently I have it for about 4 years if not more. As expected from any fountain, the pump tends to wear out after about 2 years and need to replace it, fortunately Petlibro does keep up with their products (not like many other brands) and parts are readily available at reasonable prices. Water filter needs to be replaced regularly – original and alternative filters are as well available. Cleaning is a breeze, taking down and cleaning takes less than 10 minutes, often if I need deep cleaning I pop it onto upper rack in my dishwasher.Overall it is excellent product and I do recommend Petlibro for your pet. They do their part in engineering the product they sell and stand behind after the sale.

Auch wenn viele hier über den Preis schimpfen (ich am Anfang auch) so sind 2,50 Euro für 4 Wochen sauberes Wasser in Ordnung. Den ersten Filter hatte ich nach Ablauf gegen Alternativen ersetzt (Kaffeefilter in mehreren Lagen zurechtgeschnitten, Baumwollsäckchen mit Aktivkohlegranulat ect.), jedoch schnell gemerkt das dies nicht so hygienisch ist wie der Originaleinsatz. Man darf trotz des innenliegenden sehr kleinen Granulat-Tasche nicht vergessen, dass die passgenaue Hülle komplett als Wasserfilter gedacht ist und so Haare und auch Speichel (Schleim) aus dem Trinkwasserbehälter darunter abhält. Wir alle (oder die meisten von uns) geben so viel Geld aus für unser Haustier, da sind 2,50 – 5 Euro im Monat nicht der Rede wert. Unsere Katze trinkt bis zu 300 ml am Tag mehr Wasser seit der Brunnen die Wasserschale ersetzt hat, die Filter halten wirklich eine Menge Verunreinigen ab und deswegen gibt es dafür den Daumen hoch.

Wir hatten den Trinkbrunnen nun 6 Monate in Gebrauch und leider ist er nun immer wieder undicht und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Zunächst war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät und meine Katze hat auch gerne daraus getrunken. Zudem ist er sehr schwer zu reinigen bzw. setzt sich den Rändern Dreck an, der sich nicht mehr gut entfernen lässt. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde dieses Produkt nicht noch mal kaufen.
