Very well constructed, and a great addition to winter walks
The instructions are very clear that your dog is going to look so cute in these that you were going to laugh at him. When is it supposed to reward with lots of treats rather than laughing. My dog got so obsessed with the treats, that I thought ” oh the heck with this” and I just put the boots on and off we went. He was great with them. I think that that is an abnormal reaction but they worked great and only took him a couple of minutes to forget they were on his feet They fit my 60 pound dog really well and they keep his feet dry and out of the mud and cold. They prove Biden have great traction and stability on slippery surfaces and they stayed on unless he was running and that was more my fault than his.

Good shoes
I like these shoes a lot. I’ve tried other shoes and my dog doesn’t seem to like most shoes but these she tolerates well. They fit good, only falling off when I don’t tighten them enough, they’re resilient, my dog kicks back on her walks and they stay on well during her kicking. This is my second time purchasing because the last one’s got really dirty but I got the pink ones and it rained for a month straight. They lasted a year which is good considering they’re used every day multiple times a day.

Good quality, good instructions, my dog has 0 issues with actually wearing these shoes. However, they’re kinda like a giant paddle that drag when he tries to step, and just slide right off even when all the way tightened. I want to love them but they just won’t stay on. He has big feet so I had to order the 3rd size, maybe that has something to do with it, but yeah I’ll have to return them or figure something else out.Edit: I added a star to my original rating because while I want to keep the honesty of my first review, the customer service representative who reached out to me was nothing short of friendly and helpful. They reached out and offered me a full refund, or to replace the shoes, and I chose the later. My dog ended up being too small of a breed for these particular shoes, and so they sent me a different product and size. They helped me pick the shoes based on photos I sent them of my dogs paws, and it shipped within a matter of a few days. The quality was just as good as I expected, and they fit much better. He’s still getting used to walking in them, but they are much better structured to his build. They even gave me a choice in the color. Lovely people who truly care about our pets and providing them with protection for their little pads. Thank you, QUMY.

Can’t recommend for snow (50lb dog)
I got these when I took my dog out on vacation to a snowy area, and noticed he would get uncomfortable walking through the snow after a few minutes (would stop walking and try to hold up his paws). For reference, my dog is about 50 pounds (which is what I’d call a medium dog, matching the title of this item).Luckily, my dog didn’t give me any trouble about getting these things on. But that’s where my luck ends. I COULD NOT get these things to stay on his front paws. They stayed on his rear paws pretty well from what I could tell, but he’d lose one of the front shoes after only a few minutes, and then the second front shoe a few minutes later. This was after repeated attempts at tightening them and making sure they were completely on.Also, while the shoes did noticeably help him walk more comfortably on the snow for the short time they stayed on, I noticed when taking them off that the snow seems to work its way inside the shoe from the opening. So I’m really not sure how well these would work for longer trips through the snow, even if they did stay on.

GREAT PRODUCT! Durable and quality materials. Easy on/off, with great grippiness on sole of boots which is especially helpful with senior dogs and in outdoor slick conditions. Sizes as described! Decent protection.

Updated Review: Work well but won’t last long. May cause dewclaw to rub against leg.
Update 2:Had to keep them on my dog despite being torn and ripped due to all the snow we had and consequently the salt and chemicals that had been put down streets and walkways. Still provided some protection against all that and the snow and ice, particularly between the toes and paw pads. You have to keep the Velcro reasonably tight – without hurting your dog to prevent the shoes from coming off while walking. Well, we did that and then discovered that the positioning of the Velcro strap was exactly where the dewclaw is situated and that caused it to rub against our dog’s leg and cause it to bleed. New shoes are going back today and rating is dropped to one star now.Key takeaway:The concept is great, the design and material could improve greatly commensurate with a slight increase in selling price. From the material consider using same material as used for human shoes/hiking boots. For the design, I suggest they make the boots taller and move the velcro straps higher than where they are so as not to sit directly on the dewclaws.Make those changes and I will definitely come back to try them out.Update:Be ready to keep buying replacement sets as the upper material (not the soles) breaks down quickly especially for a large dog. See pictures of destroyed uppers. My 75-pound dog has probably had thses shoes on for no more than ten walks. Material used is extremely cheap and flimsy.And as someone else mentioned they are great for protecting your dog against sand Spurs. Those can hurt really bad. But keeping their longevity in mind, plan for one-time or one holiday use only uess you live where sand Spurs are common. In that case, buy something more robust or long-lasting.Original review:Sure, you can take the bait and click on an Internet pop-up for some dog shoes that need plastic inserts to be slipped on, but these simple, yet well designed, velcro- fastening shoes give the best bang for your buck. They fit well (that really depends on how well you follow their sizing instructions) and stay on throughout your walk. We take at least two-mile long walks through grass, pavement and dirt, and our Goberian likes to kick dirt after doing his business, but these stay on. Our dog is an indoor dog that sits on our couch with us, sleeps with us so naturally we clean him up after our walks and so these shoes have been a blessing. Getting him used to them, as a three-year old rescue with no known history was easy as pie, so they must not bother him at all. Just let them be the very last thing you do after you are all set to head out for the walk and it will make life easier for everyone. They have good tread and splay well so his paws are not scrunched up – again it’s on you to size them well, they stay on due to to double velcro straps and unlike fancy shoes being peddled via Internet pop-ups with catchy names, require no shoe horns or plastic helpers. Just slide your doggy’s paws in and secure with the two velcro straps, one of which also serves as a reflector for those walks after dark.I highly recommend these and I am not being paid or compensated in any way by the seller.

These boots are wonderful! I bought the large size in red for my 56 lb. Standard poodle. They are easy to put on and even easier to remove. The Velcro straps are both effective and adjustable. The boots are of great quality. They are good for the snow, slush and mud and protect the dog from harmful debris. They are also really cute! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

These dog boots are excellent. We live in a heavy snow area (Barrie, ON) and these hold up great to snow, slush and general gross wet cold winter sidewalks. The double straps are great for keeping the boots on – I have not had one fall off yet. The double straps work so well be sure to not tighten them too much – made this mistake the first day of using them. The front of the boots are wide which is great for medium/large dogs. The bottoms also give good traction as my pups is able to go up and down on snowy hills. Overall a great purchase and you can’t beat the price. Do follow the instructions on how to measure your pups paws – don’t try to purchase these based on weight (for reference my dogs paws are 2.5 x 4 inches and I ordered a size 7).
