My cats are in water fall heaven
Absolute game changer for my cats. I purchased two when they were on sale. They were worth every penny. It’s durable and not cheaply made. My cats love the moving water and this unit was simple to assemble and easy to clean. The moving water keeps it from getting water spots or build up. The light is bright enough to see when the water is low, but not too bright to create a beacon in the room. The light trickling sound it makes is also soothing if you like babbling brook sounds.

Well Priced, Solid Choice
We’ve had this fountain about 2 months and so far I like it. Full disclosure that I have never had a pet water fountain before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I spent countless hours comparing various fountains online and this one checked all my boxes – simple assembly and cleaning, filters that don’t need to be changed weekly and are easy (and cheap) to replace, stainless steel base, pan, AND bubbler, and constant water movement vs only when movement is sensed. Cleaning all the parts does take me 30-45 minutes, but I scrub everything with soap and rinse well BEFORE I put the pump pieces in the vinegar solution, so I add an extra step. I also dump all the water and rinse the bowl well every other day. Even doing that I see tiny bits of foot, etc that gets in it from my cats. They drink a lot of water already, but they drink even more with this. The sounds isn’t bad, either. Unless I am near it, I don’t even notice it.The seller is responsive, as well. I sent a question to the seller and received a response within 1-2 days.

Easy maintenance, best fountain option I’ve found!
I like this water fountain over others because not only is it super easy to put together and take apart but the water comes out in a 360 design and the container’s stainless steel keeps water clean for longer. The pump is also easier to clean which I’ve found compared to another fountain I’ve had. The pump is also stronger, whereas my old fountain’s pump was weak after a while and water would not come out of several spouts. There is virtually no noise from the fountain and a little light that shines in the dark.

Great quality! Easy to put together!
The fountain is great! My cat loves the flowing water and because it is stainless steel, I don’t worry about bacterial buildup in the fountain. She drinks a lot of water now thanks to this fountain. The product design is good such that there is only one big area for water and it does not leak. It is easy to put together and clean as well! Filters could be cheaper but they last a full month so it is ok.

I’ve had this water fountain for 2 months and so far so good. The cats love it. It’s easy to clean. It offers free filters and a free motor if there are issues. It’s very quiet until the water runs low. It’s a better size/ quality than the last plastic one I bought from Walmart that crapped out on me after a few months. And it it has a cool light.

Good quality product
My pets are really loving this water fountain. It came well packaged with easy to follow instructions and set up only took a few minutes. The box includes a wall plug in and an extra filter. I really like that the inside of the fountain is lit so you can see the water level even at night. It holds a good amount of water but we have to refill it once a day because we have 2 cats and 1 dog who also likes to drink out of it sometimes. Without the dog using it, it would probably last about 2-3 days. The stainless steel is easier to keep clean compared to other material. Really happy with my purchase

Our cats love it!
Our cats love it. They certainly drink more than they did from our older, plastic one. We use it without the fountain attachment; our cats love to drink the water as it bubbles up from the center. It is also quiet and easy to keep clean. We have not had it long enough to judge longevity, but so far so good!

La fontana è davvero bella, anche il rompigetto è d’acciaio e ciò è molto apprezzabile (in molti articoli simili questa parte è di plastica). Al momento funziona perfettamente ed è silenziosissima. L’abbiamo affiancata temporaneamente a quella di plastica che funzionava altrettanto bene ma non garantisce a mio giudizio sufficiente igiene. Dopo un paio di giorni di diffidenza i gatti hanno cominciato ad usarla quindi ora terremo la fontana vecchia solo come back up.Fino a qualche tempo fa era piuttosto difficile trovare una fontana d’acciaio ad un prezzo ragionevole, finalmente si può acquistare praticamente allo stesso prezzo di quella tradizionale.Ho letto alcune recensioni molto negative su questo stesso prodotto ma nel mio caso l’articolo è arrivato in condizioni ottime e per ora funziona in modo eccellente. E’ un po’ piccolina, per due gatti va ancora bene, ma non penso si possa usare per un cane se non di piccola taglia.I miei gatti ed io siamo soddisfatti per ora. Aggiornerò senz’altro la recensione se insorgeranno problemi.Una nota, perché nella descrizione Amazon non era chiarissimo. La fontana è corredata di cavo USB + adattatore per la presa di corrente domestica.

Really great product, easy to put together and solid enough to sit next to the cats food bowls without moving .A large 2 litre reservoir means that, for both cats, the necessity to re-fill is reduced. The unit is totally silent, however when the water level is low there was a slight hum, which alerts one to refill the reservoir.There is no doubt the cats prefer the fountain as the water is constantly changing thus remaining always fresh.A strong sturdy stainless steel unit with a simple to fit filter, simple instructions and I even received an option to get a box of 24 filters direct from the suppliers. as well as having a 24 month warranty on the pump. there is also a video available via a QR code which shows how to clean and maintain the pump.All in all, a perfect product to help keep out Tonkinese cats hydrated.Certainly highly recommended.
