Quiet, Easy to Setup, Easy to Clean.
TOTALLY SILENT!!! Blown away how quiet this thing is, previously had a cat mate fountain that was noisy, hard to clean, and was a lot of work to maintain. Every time that one got low on water you would hear the pump growling even if the pump was still submerged, the Veken model is completely silent. 12 inches away from it and i can’t even hear the pump, i can hear the trickling water noise ever so lightly, but get a few feet away and you can’t even hear that in a quiet room. Time will tell how it holds up but it looks easy to clean compared to others i have tried, the prefilter on the pump is a nice addition to keep anything out of the pump, the top return filter looks like a good flow through design and it comes with two pump prefilters and two top filters in the package, i feel like you could skip the upper filter if you wanted to as long as you cleaned it regularly, my previous cat fountain the filters were a real pain and restricted waterflow after a couple days. The anti skid mat to go under it that is also included was a nice touch. And the fact that it uses a standard USB power adapter means if you have a outlet with a USB output you wouldn’t even need the included power adapter, or if the power adapter fails its not a special unit that is hard to replace. Could even be run for a long time off a power bank during a power outage or as portable use etc. I went with the clear version as some reviews mentioned its a lot easier to see the water level and i can see how that is a benefit over the others. So far great product that made the cats curious to check it out, which is good as it encourages drinking.

Amazing little cat fountain!
My cat loves this thing. We used to have a bowl with water and she’d barely drink from it. So, I decided to get this thing for her and she instantly started drinking WAYYY more water than before! And I’m really glad too! I love this thing. It’s compact, it’s cute, and best of all, it has a light mode too! You can toggle the light on and off as you please, but I keep the light on for ease of reading the water level! Perfect night light too! No batteries, just plug it in to a socket and you’re chillin. Really easy to clean both the tub AND the water pump. Filters are easy to clean/replace. It’s amazing. It’s still going strong so I think it’s fairly durable. After a while though, there’s this white residue that’s really hard to scrub off with a sponge. I use my nail to clean it but it seems like it doesn’t want to go away. Maybe its the plastic? I’m not sure but it’s nothing worry about. It doesn’t affect how much my cat drinks or how well the fountain works. Just a weird visual thing that goes on with the blue plastic part. Amazing product though, and definitely worth the money!P.S, after a while you’ll start to hear “humming” coming from the water pump. If you hear this, that means the water level is getting low and you should add more water. Then the humming stops. However if you have one cat only, once you hear the humming you should probably clean the whole thing, water pump and all, and put in fresh new water.

Excellent but died after only 6 months.
I bought this for my newly acquired (from my front porch) kitty brothers. All 3 cats loved it and it was excellent while it lasted. I meticulously followed all cleaning instructions, and everything was going so well until the included motor stopped pumping the water. It barely dribbled out on top so I took it all apart, washing & inspecting everything but it appears the motor just gave up. I had high hopes for this furball fountain considering the great reviews but I’m incredibly disappointed the motor died so quickly on this thing.Update:The seller contacted me and was very sorry to hear the pump died. I was refunded fully for the purchase and have decided to buy this product again as my cats really enjoyed it and the reviews are very positive. I’ll update my review to release my experience with the 2nd unit.

A Truly Great Product- Not Fake!
This bowl is amazing. It encourages my cats to drink more, it is very quiet. It is easy to take apart and assemble and clean. It is very straight forward, it comes with a second filter for both the motor and the water itself. It also came with the cute blue mat you see for stability. It is true to what it claims. Highly recommend this product for anyone with a small dog or cats! It’s engaging for my pets and they were extremely excited about it’s presence.

Great Product
Easy to assemble! My cat loves it. The water stays a good temperature, not warm, but not too cold. It only gets noisy when water is low. I’ve had it for quite awhile and it’s holding up perfectly.

Quality Fountain – Wish it held more water
This is such a nice fountain to have for our pets! Our dog basically takes a drink and lets it all come out which gets the floors wet, but this seems to really help (especially since it comes with a mat!) & our cat is obsessed with flowing water, so she loves drinking right from the top of the fountain & watching it flow. So nice not to have to fill their bowls every couple of hours. We keep it plugged in & running all the time. Only knocking one star because even though it’s the quietest fountain we’ve tried, it runs out of water pretty quickly & becomes SO loud even before it’s completely empty. The noise drives me crazy at night 😂 I do love that you can turn the light off!

Fountain is Highly Recommended for Pets
I bought the fountain for my pets in August 2025 and am really impressed with it. My two cats and dog love it and prefer drinking from the fountain rather than their water bowls. I recommend buying the filters along with the fountain, which is easy to maintain (clean). The filters should be changed and fountain cleaned at least once a month (this schedule works well with my household). To keep the water level high, I periodically pour water onto the fountain, which fills up the tank. The fountain is very sturdy. I highly recommend this product, which encourages animals to maintain hydration and good health!

As the winner of the 2023 pet innovation awards, the veken water fountain is an excellent choice for the array of reliable options it provides. This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Cats Loved it. Followed all instructions, cleaning etc used filtered water however it stopped working within 2 months.Contcted seller and mew motor for fountain delivered promptly – great service!
