Excellent cat fountain
Everything about how this cat fountain is built is great. It runs quietly and it is easy to take apart, clean, and put back together again. No plastic parts. All stainless steel, an improvement on a previous design. Only two minor flaws: the fill line is almost impossible to see if it is not turned on, and you can’t turn it on until you fill it. The other is that though the directions on cleaning the motor are very clear, they don’t provide the very tiny cleaning brush you will need in order to complete the task. I guess I have to order a tiny brush online and hope that it meets my needs. The company could have just provided it. How much could it cost?

Amazing water fountain for cats
This water fountain looks really good and works really well, my kitten loves it. When the water is running kinda low it gets kinda loud but it’s nothing horrible. The water does get a little gross but I feel like it should be cleaned every time you put new water in it or every other time but other than that the water is usually fresh the durability is really good. The foster cat I have knocks it over and it still works after the pump running with no water in the bowl. Very easy to set up.

Perfect for cats or dog!
My cats love their water fountain!! They drink so much more water than without the fountain. Super easy to clean and is super quiet. The stainless steel keeps their water cleaner longer and the replacement filters are pretty cheap which is great to keep clean for them. Super easy to set up.

Bought the simple one with the two filters.It comes with one to start off and a second to replace. it’s pretty awesome to have that so we get time to get more.It even tells us how often to replace and comes with a little picture description of how to clean the water pump.I have used electric fountains for my cat before and none were THIS quiet. It keeps scaring me since i never hear it and then i’m like oh wait that existsIt ALSO came with a thin little mat you can place the fountain on. Helps minimal mess when you keep it on a flat surface but on carpet i doubt it’ll help anything. I do love the detail tho!My cat is a bit picky about it and i think it’s just because she likes drinking from my sink faucet. We will still try it for now thoughI just got it set up and it was super easy, has a tiny blue light that glows in a strip of an open view of the water level / max line for it.The water capacity seems pretty good, it’s a fairly sized container, i feel i may need to clean it sooner than the water will run out but honestly not too worried.Seems extremely easy to clean the container. I love that the main drink areas are stainless steel and i think there’s overall a total of two plastic pieces not including the water pump. Just a connection to the spout piece and the actual bowl itself.Overall i rate it 4/5 because i am still trying it out. Super excited about it though and very hopeful for good things !

Mold is about to have fresh AF water
Just got it-assembly was super easy, I was able to pull it all apart to hand wash before using it for my cat. Mold (my cat (I found him as a kitten eating mold under a sink-hence his name)) seems to be really intrigued by the flower and has already started to use it! It’s nice stainless steel that will last a while I’m sure and the top is aluminum I believe so that is also a plus. There are three filters that come with the filter and the make the water clean and crisp for you cat. I will add-it’s not silent and it is a little louder than you might think BUT I’m sure you’ll get used to it and it’s definitely not loud enough to scare your cat away-just dripping sounds.

Great for it’s price
This fountain isn’t battery operated, despite the fact that it popped up in the search results for battery powered cat fountains. Other than that, this fountain is great for it’s price. It’s stainless steel, so I don’t have to worry about my cats getting sick as they would from plastic. There’s a silicone floor mat it comes with, which is nice because my cats tend to knock around their water fountains. It’s quite easy to set up and use and unless the fountain is within a foot of you, it’s super quiet. I can’t say anything about how long this lasts because I’ve only had it for less than a month. I have three cats and I only need to fill it once or twice a week, the filter’s last about a week or two which isn’t great, but at least they are relatively cheap. Overall, this is a very decent water fountain for someone that can’t afford top of the line products like myself.

Good Fountain/
Okay, so I’m updating my review. Only because they deserve it! Customer support reached out to me and helped address the mildew problem that I was experiencing. I was explained why it happens and was given tips and advice on being able to extend the product’s life with my given situation. My fountain was replaced and my kiddos now have a clean water supply again.I’m very grateful for their support.The fountain runs great and it’s silent. It helped address my cat’s fixation of spilling water from moving the bowl around.It’s very easy to put together and easy to swap out old filters.I bought this fountain in August of 2025. I have six cats and two love to play with the water bowls. The fountain definitely helped address them spilling water from their bowl. I would deep clean as suggested every two weeks but I would do daily maintenance on the fountain. I wasn’t home for two days, no maintenance was done, and this morning I found a bunch of mold in it. I’m disappointed because “stainless steel” shouldn’t be molding or having mildew. I’m very disappointed.

Its cute and dainty but not too small, perfect for my chihuahua and my cat! Even my lab has taken a liking to it, I will need to buy a really big one for her lol. Good quality, its a thin stainless steel, it could dent easy if dropped probably, but im not throwing my fountain around to find out. It came in perfect shape and it was easy to assemble! The only thing the little plastic pieces where the cord goes through in the back can fall off easy, so just be aware of that! But thats such a minor thing. Its cute it works and it has a night light.

I myself love everything about this fountain , but my cats won’t use it . I have 5 cats and none of them like it . I’m so disappointed! It’s easy to install and to clean. I love that you can turn the light off if you want. It’s nice and quiet . All I hear is the trickle of water. I’m giving it 5 stars because I think it’s a great fountain. I’m sad that I’ll have to return it. I’ve tried putting it in different spots , and it’s in a low traffic , quiet area.

Good size fountain, easy to clean and refill. Some reviews say it’s loud, it is not. Pump is silent, all you hear is the water return.It’s nice that it has a window for the water level and no blue light, as that light grows algae.However, I am not giving five stars because that window leaks. It’s a very small drip but adds up over time. I used waterproof silicone to seal it and when I refilled the basin, I watched the water fill in the small gap the window has. I marked it in a photo so others can see where I mean.I wonder about mold growing in that tiny crack so we will see. All and all, great fountain. Showed up a day early and brand new, well packaged and clean.

quiet, good quality and only issue is i velcroed the power cable and made it awkward to change the water. its very quiet so my skittish cat lays beside it and watches it. i picked this one because the cost was reasonable, pump quiet and there were good deals on large packs of replacement filters.

My cat loves it!We switched from plastic Catit fountain.Although I love Catit products and my cat does too, I found that the fountain was prone to slime and algae buildup. It was hard to clean out every little gap and the seams in the plans I did not help.This fountain is stainless steel and made very simply yet very well. There are no seams for bacteria and algae to buildup on and every part is easy to clean, including the pump. What’s even better is that all the main components are dishwasher safe! It does have very good capacity so I don’t have to refill it as often. In addition, there is a switch for the light. So you can turn the light off if you like. I can go on and on about all the pros of this fountain.Worth the price!
